We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very good breakfast. Fitness center was well equipped. I really liked the availability of wide, safe walking paths outside the hotel. I hope to come back simply to explore more of the Rock Chalk Park trsails.

United StatesMy ONLY complaint is the shower. The water pressure was weak, and there was no door on the shower. As a result, water pooled on the floor, and unless you were directly under the warm water, it was freezing.
The breakfast was okay. The room was clean, and the sheets smelled good. The air conditioning was amazing. The room actually got TOO cold on a 90-degree day.

The staff was excellent from check in to check out. Especially the young lady, Valencia, taking care of the breakfast. She is very kind and professional. The area was very clean and well maintained throughout the operating hours. The hotel was clean, our room was very comfortable. The lobby was also ver comfortable. Loved the outdoor sitting area.
