Could have been shoveled better with salt put down since it was so cold and icy. We were disappointed that the included breakfast was not available; we found out after we went to eat and had to inquire at the front desk about it.

Location was excellent--beautiful view! The efficiency townhouse was perfect--clean, lots of room, and the beds were super comfy! Our TV was not working and staff came to our room to fix for us.

I was very sorry they didn’t serve dinner.

I asked for a river facing room and received it. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices which I got to choose! That was great!!

My room shared a long open balcony with other rooms and one woman in the other room never left and constantly went out on the patio to smoke and it would waft into my room so I had to leave door closed and couldn't go oustside to enjoy nice breeze and view. Should not let people smoke any where near rooms!

Great Staff! My Taxi to the airport did not show up and they were able to drive me there at a moments notice. No charge but I tipped the driver of course! Will stay again in the future.

No boat launch,not enough trash cans out door,an bed size was very uncomfortable for a husband and wife to sleep together comfortably

Breakfast very well,excellent being on the river,with having docks they should provide a better boat launch,,and also more out door trash cans,,staff were very hospitable,,for the room size an cleanliness of room I think a litttle over charged,over all we had a good stay

Our toilet had mold in it which creeped me out the entire stay and I wanted to find a vacuum so badly. Surfaces looked clean enough but just expect a very very old place that needs a lot of love.

Location was good, rooms were spacious (we had two for us and family) - staff was very nice. Surprisingly the bed was incredibly comfy. King bed was huge.

No breakfast was provided on the day I checked out. I wish I would have known when I checked in the night before. The chain lock above the door was removed and not functional.

Beautiful lake view property. Welcoming environment with lovely flowers and landscaping. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable!

There was no breakfast the person above us kept moving things woke us up we got into an argument about it then when we went to get clean towels a worker asked us to keep it down because he is living in the hotel right next to us when we r paying 200 a night

The cabin rooms were an amazing deal, very spacious. I was so happy with my stay I extended it a night. Breakfast was wonderful and watching the stars and looking over to Canada at the docks on the St. Lawrence River was amazing.

Mattress needs replacing Light bulbs not all working Smoke alarm wires hanging, no cover Tub very slippery (I went out and purchased a suction bar for safety) Mirror in bedroom not cleaned properly, streaks Floors were sandy feeling, need to be vacuumed slower/better

I was happy with the whole stay. There is nothing I would have changed at this time.

This facility was charming. It reminded me of places we would stay when I was a child. It had the homey check in desk, separate outdoor entrances to the rooms, outdoor activities for the kids, and so forth. The room was clean. There was a full refrigerator in my room, a sitting area, and a complete bathroom. The water pressure was great. Breakfast was good as well. Plenty of choices and a nice atmosphere to eat in. Very nice!

Had been to this location years ago and loved it. Went back for first time in 25 years and appears they haven't invested one dime in it since then. Rooms are dark; bathroom dark & dingy; height of bathroom sink far too low - uncomfortable. Furniture old & outdated. Screen door to patio was difficult to open. Workmanship in building construction was poor, i.e. corners of the bathroom were shoddy.

The rooms are adorable and super spacious, I was traveling alone but there’s plenty of room if you’re traveling with family! Very cleanly no complaints here!! I would stay again and recommend to friends!

When we got there our sliding glass door didn't lock and we had no smoke alarm because it was missing. Also the toilet running constantly and we had to take off the back of it to shut it off. When we walked from the outside up to our room it was very musty-smelling and the Wi-Fi I was terrible. The sliding glass needed a stick to lock it.
