Food area was not kept clean as it was used. You should have rules to how people come there half dressed and bare foot. Very unsanitary. We only ate there 1 morning out of our 2 day stay because of mess.

refrigerator was not working. was told there was no maintenance staff. I did not want a different room, so I had to fix it myself! Was originally scheduled to stay Friday and Saturday, but changed it to Saturday and Sunday and was charged 100$ more! kind of bad business in my mind

I didn’t care for a few things… Small room and bathroom Towels were an issue at the pool The hot tub was not usable for the first night it was burning my chest and skin They told me it was normal I wanted some bottled water and they didn’t have any-we were told supplies were tough to get I was given cups to get water from the water cooler in the fitness center Our microwave didn’t work and there was only one person. For the desk and bar no maintenance person or manager It wasn’t the best situation for customer service We had an issue where this massive group over 20 people came in the pool area They weren’t all staying here were rude, obnoxious and took over the pool We had to constantly ask for pool towels they didnt have enough

The hotel was nice and had a great look with the rustic cabin theme. The room was very small-bathroom very small. The bed was tiny as it was a full I think but was comfy. The indoor outdoor pool was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent. Staff overall was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast on the weekend starts at 7am instead of 6am like the weekdays. We had to leave by 7am so was not able to enjoy breakfast.

Rambunctious young people tearing around the halls weekend night. They knocked a metal piece off the frame of our door! Just excited about swimming and having fun, I’m sure.

Location - nice to be able to go walk by the river. Lots of restaurants a short drive away. Restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfast. Indoor/outdoor pool. Workout room. Roomy suite for our family. The bar.

We were disappointed that there were so many groups there hosting overnight birthday parties. The pool was wall to wall with people. It was so crowded that we couldn’t even swim. We ended up going to bed really early and got up as soon as the pool opened to swim. The water In the morning was too cool—we tried asking staff and they just said that’s how it is. However the afternoon before the pool was really warm and I could feel the warm water being pumped in. The next morning there was no warm water being added so I still think that something wasn’t right.

The room was a bit small but nice. The pool area was nicer than the average hotel pool. Staff was very friendly.

The only thing was there was a lot of children running around, which is obviously not the hotels fault. They were running around every where but the staff kept up on it by telling them to walk and calm down

Absolutely loved the atmosphere! The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, and funny! Loved the decorations and everything about the place. Will definitely be staying there again in the future!

The elevator was out of service and our room was in the building of the hotel that was separated by an enclosed walkway from the main building (where the eating area and the pool is located). The woman who was working in the breakfast area wasn't very friendly. She seemed angry w/ most interactions that I had and saw others have with her. The toasters in the breakfast area didn't seem to toast the bagels/bread well (even when it was set on high).

The price is very reasonable! Breakfast options were varied enough, good tasting, and were kept filled up. The coffee was good tasting, which isn't always the case in hotels that I've stayed. There was plenty of parking. The front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. Our room including the bathroom was clean and the bed/pillows comfortable.

There was a kids pool party and kids everywhere so we couldn’t use the hot tub till very late in the day because it was full of kids which was frustrating. And the conference room was being used for a basketball team and the conference room was right outside our room and kids were running up and down the hall yelling and being very loud and banged on our door multiple times.

The room was older decorated not like the cabin feel as all the other rooms i have rented. The beds were extremely hard and broke down. They need new and updates to fit the lodge feel. The fridge was broken in the door but it did work. They also need a copy of the channels they get so you do not have to surf. The breakfast they served was good but very little to choose from and there were so many people, they couldn't keep up.

The staff were exceptional and my daughter and her friend loved swimming in the pool outside in the frigid cold. They said it was so fun. They kept up on towels needed for their clean bathroom in our room and the room was very clean. The lady was so thoughtful, she asked if we needed more soap, shampoo etc.....as well. Overall, the stay was amazing but it would ha e been better with comfy beds that weren't broken down, especially when u sat on edge. U literally would slide off there was no support.

Second time here n we love it.. we always get the room with a hot tub n fireplace. $175 good for what you get. Both myself n hubby have bad backs n we sleep like babies on their beds. Love this place always clean n friendly too!!
