Very spacious with easy vehicle & pedestrian access, 10 minutes walk through MGM to the strip. 25 minute walk to the Sphere. Hosts were amazing with plenty of great comms and attentive support during our stay. Definitely recommended!

There was a coffee machine in the room but no coffee, a minor thing really. Everything else was great!

While we were there the valet service only had 1 driver so it usually took a little while to get our vehicle. It wasn't too bad but we just had to account for that in our schedule and we usually tried to avoid peak times.

The location was ideal. You were close enough to the Vegas strip that you could walk to it without going outside but still far enough away that you could avoid the lights, noise, etc. that you'd experience in some of the larger hotels nearby.

Somehow we were smelling smoke for someone's cigarettes next to us. I didn't think there was smoking allowed. We didn't have the balcony doors open much at all and we were smelling it strongly with them closed.

The suite was beautiful and clean. There were no issues with the people or property. It was a little smaller than I expected from photos but still a great size.

The only issues was the decor is starting to feel slightly dated but that’s only a personal view and nothing to do with facilities, which were great.

The view was good, especially as it was in the 21st floor. The evening you needed was in the room, especially if you like to do self catering.

The property grounds was so beautiful. Loved the pools, and Delight the Restraunt. Big bathroom, with a Jacuzzi Tub. Didn't use it, but it was still nice to have. My host Marie, and Louis stayed in contact with me. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location close enough to the strip to be convenient but just off the strip so it’s nice and quiet. Having amenities like a fridge and microwave is a high value to us. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Love the pool!

I would have preferred a larger garbage can. The balcony was great, but did not have any furniture. A simple chair or stool would suffice.

I picked this location because the reviews said it was clean and quiet, both are true. You need to go through a gate to get into the property. I like how there is a walkway to MGM grand and its private with key cards. The room was clean and the bed comfy.

Wished we were on a higher floor to equate to the advertisement of view of the strip!! There were a few minor issues needing to be taken care of in the bathroom. Would be a good idea if person who owns suite would actually go and see what needs to be done. We had very noisy neighbors arguing all night which was upsetting because it was the one night we needed our rest before going on a day long tour which started very very early in the morning. The other tenants argued all night! Very upsetting to us. We should have called security but did not. We know better for next time.

We enjoyed the size of the suite. Location was ok yet convenient. No extra resort fee was a very good part of the price.
