The building where the room is, being a hotel, and also people live permanently in the place, we could see a man come out with a knife from the corridors, and every night the room on the upper floor was beaten by two people, it is not a place to stay, unless these circumstances change.

The service was fast and very friendly, If something did not have the room, they immediately delivered it to you.

There were lots of roaches. The rooms had not been truly deep cleaned in some time. The very limited cleaning staff did a good job of the superficial things but the hotel seems in need of a massive overhaul to solve many of its problems.

The staff was very nice. They were very accommodating and the cleaning staff seemed to be working very hard.

The pictures are misrepresenting the real property. the place is a hookup (10 min stop hotel), it feels dangerous, shady characters staying and hanging out in the premises, they seemed on drugs. the room smelled like cigarets, the refrigerator was on top of the nightstand, the TV won’t work, the bathroom was dirty, the tub was gross, the comforter in one of the beds had burning marks. the fire alarm was disconnected and on top of the dresser (w/ it was so dirty). if it wasn’t a last minute urgent reservation and needed a place to stay last night, I would have not stayed there. worse waste of my money.

The location is terrible, looks a drug zone. There are weird guys in front of the hotel, cooking in the sidewalk, loud music late night, drunk people screaming, too noise, I didn’t sleep, we have kids and I do not recommend for families. No microwave, no desk, really low quality place.

The staff is friendly, they have parking lot ($10/day) and the room was clean.

Bugs In the room everywhere especially in restroom

Hello, I appreciate the stay and the gesture given when being able to stay at. The Stuart Hotel. I show my gratitude. Now there is some things I would like to help fix so future stays be accommodated. My room was semi-clean. The beds were neat and floors seemed clean but there were multiple bugs (roaches) in the bathroom and by the television. If staff was more attentive to the check In to the guests I feel the stay would be a 10 but due to the lack of decency in that area, and other issues I was able to endure in these conditions due to Covid. Just ensure the safety and cleanliness of the room before guest check in. Thank you.

The floors creaked a little. There was some flies in there when we got in.

The staff were nice, the upper floors were better if you wanted a view. The bed were big enough for me and my girlfriend. The room was clean.

Roaches walking arround everywhere Staff waking us up at 2 am and 7 am everyday to move the car although we paid for parking!! Workers upstairs renovating, waking us up with all their noise. Random people (not guest) walking arround. Homeless people buying drugs infront. People screaming in the lobby for no reason.
