I was placed in a handicap room that had a roll in shower that I didn’t need. When I took a shower, the floor was poorly designed so water would flood the entire bathroom and some would flow out of the bathroom towards the bedroom area. I requested to be moved and was placed into a much smaller room.

The hotel is pet friendly.

Quiet but close to few restaurants. Affordable. Clean.Beds were comfortable. Less than one mile to Silver Dollar city.

Not close to many restaurants (other than inside silver dollar city) and none that were open late.

Close to silver dollar city, easy to get to downtown branson (20 minutes). Clean. Inexpensive I really like Motel/Studio 6 for not having carpets in the rooms. It seems much cleaner to me.

Functionally, toiled seat need to be secured. Cosmetically, scratches on bathroom door required touch-up paint.

Pleasantly surprised to observe that only minor room maintenance was needed.

Nothing was happy with everything

The staff were all very friendly, and helpful the rooms are roomy big flat screen TVs great cable channels, house keeping everyday ,toaster dish strainer,ice cube trays almost everything you could want in a motel. I will stay there again.

The bathroom needs the corners cleaned, the bathtub updated as well as the showerhead. Some blemishes in the concrete walls and ceiling could also be addressed. Overall, it was a good stay, just not as good as it could have been.

The owners are very nice. The housekeeper was very friendly and amazing. Easy parking and very easy to get to Silver Dollar City. Also within 3 miles of tons of shopping and food. We had a studio with a large fridge, kitchen sink, and microwave. Was supposed to be a toaster, but didn't see one. I will stay her again for sure.

I liked the location and price of this hotel, the staff was very friendly as well, plus they allowed our dog to be with us. The hotel was very clean, which is always a huge plus.

Mentioned there's a stovetop, there's none. No shampoo provided, just a bar of soap. Try to heat up a cup of coffee, but the microwave didn't work. Seems like a lot of cheap appliances and not well made equipment in the room.

A safe and well lit location, about 20 minutes from DT Branson and all of the theaters.

Trash wasn't empty but a can was right outside the door from our room so jus tossed it in there. I didn't ask for more or new but thought maybe would put new towels in. Very very minor still very pleased will be staying again.

Pool was great. Also put on a hell of a firework show since we were there during the 4th.Ac was already on before we got there!

Hair driers in the rooms would be a great improvement.

It was one of the better priced hotels in the area (under $100/night). There were some cleaning shortfalls and minor maintenance issues, but it seemed like the owners we’re working on making improvements. Our shower head was not tight enough and sprayed water all over the bathroom. I was able to hand tighten the head to make it better. The floors could use a bit more attention(cleaning).

Bathrooms were very small, sinks to wash your hands were outside the bathroom in the main room, we let them know we would be checking in late, they called and said there would be a number to call posted on the door when we arrived, there was no number, we waited approximately 10 minutes after repeatedly ringing a doorbell someone finally showed up to the window. The man was very rude and also informed us we had to put a $100.00 deposit on each room, this caught us by surprise because rooms had been booked for at least a month,

Didn’t see a breakfast served and it was never mentioned by staff. For the first 2-3 days in the hotel room there was a sewage odor in the bathtub every time I took a shower. The window curtain rod was mounted uneven with a lean towards being open so I had to lean the ironing board or chair against the window curtain to hold it closed at night. The person at the desk at checkin tried to tell me pets were not allowed even though the booking website said pets were allowed and there was a designated pet walking area. Cleaning service for the room was limited even though my stay was 2 weeks long. Some days the towels I used would be replaced with clean towels but not every day. Some days the bed would be made while I was gone but not every day. Some days the trash would be taken out but not every day. And there was not 1 single day all that 3 tasks were done at any time during my 14 day stay, but usually at least one task was done each day.

The room was spacious. The room had a kitchen style sink with microwave and garbage disposal. The room had a full sized refrigerator. There were plenty of security cameras to assist in feeling secure.

The air conditioner was working right. The next day, they put a new one in.

Mr spider, lol They are trying to fix the stair way. Short staff so really can't check in early. So if you need housekeeping job they have it posted.

Beds were good, very clean except for big spider in the tub. Very close to where we needed to be. I liked the floors.
