We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

That is unexceptable, I only stayed one day and left , spoke to worker at desk , no one ever came so I checked out , never have a herd of such a thing, really need to take care of that ASAP! The elevator smelled and needs to be cleaned and disinfected more frequently. The towels did not look clean. The rooms need to be repainted with a brighter color.
