The hotel needs to be remolded and pressure washed the hotel is very old looking and smelling. I smelled like the rooms once I was out had to was everything. The smoked in room smell.

The hotel was fine. It does need to be remolded my room had a hole in the wall and everything looked used and not that crisp hotel look. The outside needs to be update and painted and the walkway pressure washed. It was fine staff was good it's just a old hotel, by being in Baymeadows I expected better , but I was sable to spend time with family and that is all that matters . Thank You

There are roaches. My bed is so old, it's basically flat on the sides where people sat. I asked for a new mattress, never got it. They wanted to change my room, instead, which would require me packing us back up, moved, then unpacked again... they just won't. Oh and my room was dirty. I had to clean it just to be comfortable... ugh

Just because it was a smoking room it smelt heavily of smoke. Also there were roaches and I’m not used to that. Made me uncomfortable

There were large gaps about 1/4” around three sides of the exterior door making the locking mechanisms barely touch the frame. A good bump probably would open the door. A couples having an argument just outside made the situation rather frightening.

The manager Robert was very rude and nasty at every encounter he really should take a class on humility cause he showed and had absolutely no wisdom in customer service the way he speaks to his guests if they are late or waiting for funds to be sent is ridiculous in every way and it could very well turn into a train wreck if he is not careful with customers or their situations

The first room the door didn't work, the second room had no air conditioning, the next room was ok but we couldn't get the lights to go off on each side of the bed

I'll just say that the other folks that apparently live there on a more permanent basis have some extra circular activities ( selling and doing drugs...) that cause a bunch of unnecessary stress to the other people staying there...

The room had this foul smell that wouldn't go away even with spraying lysol. The mattress was filthy and had spots on it. The fitted sheet was too small and kept coming off the mattress. Pillows were too soft and nasty. Towels had stains on them.

it wasn’t clean, the shower was filthy, the shower curtain looked like it hadn’t been changed in months. our bed came without a fitted sheet on it. the pillowcases looked used and had hair all over them. simple measures could have been taken to prevent this! we shouldn’t have had to ask them after we arrived to clean the room again!!

it’s a very nice upgraded motel 6. convenient parking. I like how it came with a mini stovetop, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
