I didn't like the room I chose. After entering the room, I noticed screws were all around the room and the microwave was rusty, and the hot water in the lil kitchen didn't work. The bathroom door had a hole in it, and room service didn't bring towels the next day. The ice machine took 3 hours just to full the ice bucket halfway.

I like the fact that consumers service was very professional.

The room was falling apart at 111. Shower has a crack leading to warping of water damage and the place needs a good mopping.

The attitude and behavior of the red headed lady and manager at the front desk .

Everything was great. All the staff was amazing and friendly with the exception of their manager. We moved here and we stayed to find a place. Ended up taking two weeks here. First week was awesome however after I booked the second week bc my husband had taken our card with him to work, the front desk lady was more than willing to accommodate. She didn’t make me take all my property out just to put it bk in. Unfortunately my husband ended up working waaaay over and we didn’t get bk to pay the room until after 8. Not their fault I know but the red haired lady was drilling me on why I didn’t pay the room before then and making it incredibly and rudely clear that in her eyes I had stolen this room from 11-8 even though I had talked to the front desk and had it worked out. I even offered to pay for a single day to make up for the misunderstanding. she was not there at the time and the manager never came out to dispute the decision with the First Lady. As this lady is going above and beyond to make me feel like a pos with my card in hand paying for our week, the boss comes out and joins in her rudeness. I apologized 4+ times. Didn’t argue in the slightest just kept apologizing. Went back to my room after being scolded like a child crying. Feeling like the worst person. My husband and I call to complain about the way those two behaved. We thought that was the end of it. Nope! He retaliated with refusing to rent another week to us. One I had already booked from this app. When I politely asked is there a reason why he looked at me and plainly said I just don’t want to. The day the initial incident took place he was okay with renting another week. He himself did it in the computer.after we call to say hey maybe someone should kinda talk to him abt the way he treats people and speaks to them, now we’re suddenly just not let to get another week. This guy refused money to his business simply to retaliate for us calling abt his attitude.

The floor was dirty, shower had hair in it, fridge was dirty inside and top. The door had enough gaps for a snake or bugs to get in and the shower curtain was dirty. One wash cloth...when I wet it suds came out ...like what's going on... The hotel clerk wasn't pleasant and I couldn't determine what room I was given because of the writing to determine if it was a 3 or 5. Every time I moved in the bed it made a sound

Receptionist wasn't in a very good mood. Drug addicts galore. Room DID NOT look like the pictures. Fridge had old drinks in it. Roaches in bathroom

It was dirty and nothing like the pictures. There were a lot of roaches and the nonsmoking room smelled horribly like cigarette smoke and had burns in the curtains. There was dirt and mold everywhere. The AC unit had a towel stuck in it. The environment was very sketchy.

Toilet flush when it decides told plenty of ppl no one assisted lie and said they were coming never did.. Property ran out of tissue ,barely want to give trash bags for weekly rooms .1st arrival went to 2 different rooms because of broken items n bed linen terrible the walk up and down steps 4 times 3 fight .roaches came out .room extra small not worth the price 370 heck Nall just a resting place when we had nothing

We came to this city for the first time, I’m 69 years old. Registered for booking and paid. We were given a room in the sector where those who smoke lived. We opened the room, but it was a complete mess, dirty, the room was not cleaned, not ready. When I asked for another room, we were told that there were no more available. I asked to remove this, I even said that I was ready to remove it myself, they told me that they would simply return the deposit. Where should we go? This happened on December 30, before the New Year. It was impossible to find a free hotel. We slept at the airport.

The hotel is a dump all the rooms are infested with mold . Management is horrible and very unprofessional. People have got sick due too conditions of the mold inside this infested hotel. Conditions was so unprofessional and un liveable the Department of Business and Professional Regulations had come out an condemned the room. This untire hotel needs to be condemned ..

First of all I didn't like our first room the tub was leaking from the sides that leaked all the way out to the bed then they gave us a complimentary wrong the AC didn't work went up to the office to tell them about it they going to tell me I need to pay another night they're not going to do anything and the manager was so rude so out of all that I didn't like it for $90 a night you give us one complimentary a tub work AC don't work AC work in a tub leaking but you want me to pay again some of the staff was real good with communication and understanding but the manager she has no understanding and no communication and then to top it off they was late opening up the office
