Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWebsite didn't say they STUDIOS 6 had a pet fee. A surprise for me since it was a motel 6 and they usually don't have a pet fee. they front desk lady was not unfriendly but not exactly friendly. I reserved an upgraded room and when I arrived I got "we don't have the room you requested" ...I thought I reserved it. but whatever. 2nd floor. So trying to go upstairs with 2 dogs and my stuff was challenging. Especially with the Reno (which I did't care about) but unfortunately, had me park considerably further away from the room. And reno in the day light not a big deal but the continued machinery after dark was irratating when you are settling in for the evening.
Affordable and allowed pets. Quiet and peaceful (which was a surprise) Having a refrigerator and stove top came in handy since I brought along a lot of my own food. I went to the wrong place first (the motel 6 in front) and the lady there was very friendly and helpful. The studio 6 was a different story. I arrived about 10 minutes before checkin and the front desk was able to check me in without a "early check in". I would have waited outside for 10 minutes if I had too. She prorated my dog fee so I didn't have the whole 75 dollars for a full week but only for the few days there. the dog fee I didn't know was going to be. I was surprised that I didn't get the usual feel for motel 6. Usually there is a number of "residents" that loiter about and mostly not the ...friendly feel. But they did have "residents" but they didn't give me the "you'll be murder in your sleep" feel. they were friendly and pleasant.

United StatesThe location was perfect and the room was great. The suite was just what we needed. I did not like that they only do towels and toilet paper on Wednesday! What kind of crap is that? It's not prison! They should be upon request. And the wonder people at the motel put out dog poop bags and cans to pick up behind your fur baby, unfortunately there is no doggie poop police, so the lazy customers that don't pick up after their dog, leave it for others to step in! My wife and i both got poo on our shoes. Not cool at all. As a dog owner you should care about your pet more than that. Other than those 2 issues, it was great.

United StatesWell let see when we got there at 6:15pm I took a shower and my husband shaved then we went to Old town to see the cars. We got dinner at checkers and went to get lotto and back to our room when we got back there our room was so hot the AC was not working. I went to the front desk and she even checked the A/C. after about 45 min to an hour we finally got another room thanks to the maintenance man. We went from a two bed to a one bed at the same price for a two bed. I asked about a price different but i was told they were the same price. I was not happy at all the was not very clean at all we had to ware socks on our feet to keep from feeling the dirt on the floor. So yes we were not happy at all and we had stayed there at least 3 to 4 times already before this time and never had a problem so now i guess we will start staying somewhere else Thank You. P.S. we didnt get to eat our dinner because it got cold we threw it away.Oh yeah if anybody has a problem with there room we were told we only have 2 hours to report to get our money back and if it is after that they have to get a hold of there boss to get an ok to refund the money back. But i was told lastnight she could not get a hold of her boss. Just a warning to all who dont know this.
