Bathroom had sink that did not drain, toilet ran non stop and HVAC was loud, rattled and dirty as were walls in kitchen area. Surprised the bank has not stepped up and insisted things be fixed. Last stay ever at a red roof

This hotel has a bunch of deferred maintenance issues. Heaters in both rooms performed badly, sinks and bathtubs in both had drainage issues. It was somewhat clean however on the good side.

We didn't get housekeeping or clean towels for the 2 rooms that I reserved for 1 week. To much noise at 445 am in the morning on the 4th floor sounded like there was a dog in the room. Whent to the front desk and told the lady about the situation on wednesday but never gat back yo me with an answer.

the photos were nothing like what the room was. the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. there was no complementary shampoo or soap at all. the kitchen was nice, but we did not know there even was a kitchen until we got there. it was extremely outdated and run down but it was very cheap.

a good place for a Longterm say. we only stayed for one night. It was extremely cheap and not a bad price for the room at all.

I didn't like that it was next to a doggie day care facility and was woken up at 6am by barking dogs.

Not real clean. Old bed and dingy curtains, rusty refrigerator.

There was nothing in the room like shampoo only 2 little bars of soap. It had a small kitchenette but no dishes glasses silver ware etc. Nothing! Just an empty room not even disposable cups. Bed was super small and coverings starting to be thread bare.

Management and morning staff was very disrespectful and rude. When a concern arose they were so quick to throw false accusations and demands towards you then they were to come ask what was up and or come be informative. We had already stayed there 2 1/2 weeks with no issues with our service dog, when they came pounding on the door to inform us that we have to make them potty across the way in the field. Now we get that and told them we would do that. We had been making sure to clean up behind them being respectful the whole time we had stayed there. The next day my son took them out in the morning where dogs had not potties for 8 hours and one of them couldn't make it across to the field before peeing in the grass under a tree that was in a parking lot center grass patch( which was away from the building). The GM proceeded to scream out the window at my son, when he came and told me I went to speak with them. Not only did they completely try and tell me my dogs were pet and not service animals they proceeded to tell me that service animals are trained better. I told her I'm sorry would you like to hold your pee for 8 hours and then be told you can't pee in that toilet and pee on demand no you wouldn't. I showed them their service dog registration IDs and that's when the front desk lady decided she was going to put her two cents in and try to tell me what I shouldn't shouldn't do. That's one of my fiance heard the commotion from the second floor stairwell to come down to hear them yelling at me for no reason when I wasn't yelling. When he got down there and spoke and said what's the problem here there's no need to not yelling the GM proceeded to say I wasn't yelling he said sounds like it was to me. She said no my voice was just elevated because of this glass I wasn't yelling.

all of the rooms were labeled non-smoking, but it smelled like smoke everywhere in the building. it seemed to be more of a rent by the week or month motel than a vacation destination.

the location was alittle hard to find. drove past it because it was hidden behind a bunch of trees. there also was, what appeared to be a dog daycare, because dogs were outside and barking all the time.

it was a smoking facility. it’s close proximity to everything.

The whole places smelled horrible the elevator smelled as though someone deficated in it the lights in the room constantly flickered the curtains were torn off the holder and the comforter had a large rip in it

The entire floor including our room smelled like stale cigarettes. It was a nonsmoking floor. The corners of the floor in the bathroom were very dirty. The walls in the room looked like previous guests had spilled things on them or drinks, etc had splashed. They definitely needed wiped down.

The water pressure was great and the bed was comfortable and clean.

There is so much necessary maintenance that it’s too much to detail. Phone, TV remote, window did not work. Wall torn up, Laminate floor is wonky, bedspread with cigarette burns & ???, outside is trashy, elevator certificate expired 8/2021.

The bathroom was clean & functional. Linens appear clean. Kitchen was mostly good. Front desk staff were both super helpful, professional & friendly. Location was decent for restaurants & grocery. Easy Uber to downtown.

The bedding wasn’t clean. There was some staining on the comforter and then when I peeled that back, there were some marks on the sheets. It didn’t make me feel very good about the cleanliness of the place.

The hotel wasn’t bad for the price. It was centrally located and decent.
