More things didn't work than did. I had a kitchenette, which is why I chose this hotel, the stove didn't work at all! The smell of fabulooso or Pinesol was overwhelming! Smells cheap,which should've been my 1st clue going in.

Strange syrup or cleaning supply smell, led light bulbs were extreme and awful, light bulb burned out over sink, broken drain plug, outlets blocked or not working, old decor. Check in credit card machine not working right.

Sheets seemed clean. Price was good on a football weekend.

The first staff member was polite to me but proceeded to tell me he had went mental recently. Threw the phone into the next room when it rang, etc. it was a little sketchy that I was asked to pay with card for the room but cash only for the deposit. If you lost the receipt you were screwed even though they had a carbon copy. There was a lady at the counter cussing a young man sitting on the couch minding his business. There was a man checking in and he had a foreign accent. When he walked away everyone laughed at him. The gentleman the next morning didn’t even speak to me at checkout. The website was deceiving. The pictures made it look great while the actual hotel was disgusting. The lobby furniture was turned upside down. There was holes in the carpet. The staircase’s glass was so dirty. The halls stunk. The bedroom odor would knock you down. I had to spray deodorant in the air. The beds were small. The curtain was falling off the window. There were spiders everywhere including dead ones in the toilet while something swam in the water with the carcasses. The bathtub had smeared dirt. There were two towels for four people with no more available. The air conditioner sucked. There was no faucet for the sink in the kitchen. The stove did not work. And the freezer didn’t even cool down the hot pop that came out of the vending machine. The only positives were it was a quite room and it was not horribly expensive.

There was no breakfast. Didn’t care about location.

The hotel was in terrible condition. Hallways had stained carpets and peeling paint. Rooms were without lights and lamps did not have shades. We would have left but we got there late and we’re very tired. They had a closed breakfast room and no coffee anywhere. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The smoke detector was going off. Asked the front desk to fix it. They sent a teenager to fix it. The teenager switched the battery with another dead battery. It started chirping as soon as he left the room. We ended up fixing it ourselves. There was a smoke detector chirping in another room that we just had to listen to for the duration of the stay. The deadbolt on the room didn’t work. We felt unsafe.

The AC was broke and didn't work. The bathroom was filthy. The key didn't work and I waited over an hour just to get a replacement key which they brought to me while I was getting out of the shower. I had the door locked and thankfully padlocked but they kept trying to get in even when I told them I wasn't dressed yet. The fridge didn't even keep our food cool.

The price and location were decent.

Friendlier cleaner better customer service

The owner was quite rude. I told the customer service was very poor, he actually replied he doesn't care about customer service, he cares about making money. Also there is no breakfast offered whatsoever.

They woke us up a hour before check out then proceeded 3 more times to bang on our door to ask if we were checking out before 11 after we said yes we'd be checking out at 11..... their check out time is 11a.m..... so they need to chill out till then. This happened both times we've stayed there. we felt incredibly rushed. And I was incredibly annoyed. Pretty rude.if you want to be in this business, hospitality is everything.

Dark, dated, dingy. Hallways and room smelled of cat urine and cigarette smoke. Grocery cart in the hallway was being used as the cleaning cart. People were just throwing their wet, used towels in the hallway for roomservice.

Absolutely nothing about this hotel. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything about this place is worst. Staff, Room and ambience, nothing is worth speaking about. It is a 1 star place. But normally we don't expect to see unclean sheets. when we asked for them to be replaced, the owner/manager said he won't and asked us "what do you expect from a 1 * place?". We had planned to stay for the weekend, but we left the place almost within 10 mins. There were spider in the bathroom and spider webs all over the place. Please skip this place, if it pops up.

Terrible staffs,people smoking and everywhere smells like drugs. One of the staffs came to our room to check the TV and his son started eating our cookies without asking. He even went into the fridge and almost left with my son's toys. It's the worst hotel I have ever been in my entire life.

Reservation was for 2 queen bed and the room they gave us was 1 king for four people. The kid working the desk had a bad attitude very rude staff

the sheets were dirty….they didn’t have any free breakfast like they said….they said no pets allowed but people still had pets in the building…..they said they had a fitness center and didn’t….I would never book there again it smell like cigarette smoke all down the hallway.
