Thin walls, shades let in too much light makes it hard to sleep after sunrise. Parking is kind of tight.

It's a good location that's safe and surrounded by many shops. The room was clean, heater worked, Bed was good to sleep on for a few nights.

Not much hot water. Hard to figure out what TV stations were available. Expensive pet fee.

Large pet friendly room fairly quiet considering it was near 89a. Pool and hot tub open in January. Walking area for dog. Convenient location.

N/A - we loved everything about our stay at the Sugar Loaf Lodge! We would come back again in a heartbeat.

Thor was really awesome! We showed up early and he got a room set up for us super quickly so we could check in without waiting too long. The property was super cute, comfortable, and in a great location. We also enjoyed the hot tub on site.

Location on main road. Clean, fresh smell of room. EXCEPTIONAL friendly and helpful staff, led by Thor.

There is no breakfast include and the pool and hottub are outside with no wall or roof.

The room is bigger thanks the normal motel's room. There is a small fridge and microwave. They help a lot especially there is no breakfas. Two grocery Stores are also near by. Whole food and one others.

We would have liked more comfortable chairs in our room. Also, the hot water was slow getting to our shower.

The front desk staffer (I didn't get his name) was uncommonly helpful. He came to our room to set up the TV and found an open sports bar where we could watch NFL football on Christmas Eve. I consider this above and beyond good customer service.

Sheets were a little frayed, some elements were in need of some maintenance ( towel rack) but all in all the quality price ratio was there.

Good spot, nice management and simple check-in and checkout. Were nice and available and had a crib ready in the room.

Only complaint is there’s only blinds on the door so it can’t completely block the lights at night. It is weird considering all the windows have blackout curtains.

Good location, just away enough from tourist center so nice and quiet. The staff, “Thor” is his name if I heard correctly, is extremely nice. The room is comfortable.

Everything was nice. I could hear a barking dog in the room directly behind ours but it quieted down when it was time to sleep.

Sometimes difficult to get out because of the traffic on the highway - just be patient, there’s space to go eventually.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and cheap. The room had everything we needed - comfortable beds, table, fridge, microwave, clean bathroom, etc. (The fridge and microwave were styled to look retro and were cute.) Simple continental breakfast.

Coffee in the room was terrible, one day decided to try the coffee provided at the reception and it was also pretty bad... It's great that they provide some breakfast snacks, but they srart too late, I wish they would just put some snacks in each room (we were leaving the hotel early morning everyday and their breakfast schedule didn't work for us) or start from 6 am. The carpet looked pretty stained and dirty.

Comfy bed, clean bedsheets. The location is amazing, right next to there are good places to eat, souvenir store, gas station and access to various trails. The room has everything necessary for sleeping a few nights if you come to Sedona to explore outdoor. They provide snacks for breakfast (grabbed some on the last day).

Can't find anything wrong with the room. Comfortable sleep.

This is a rustic classic motel. It is not new or freshly renovated, and has a very vintage feel. But it was clean!!! The bedding was spotless, the tub was shiny, no dust or dirt anywhere. The location is fantastic and this may have been the most budget friendly place in Sedona. Parking in front of the door was super convenient for suitcases.
