Very unfriendly front desk staff. No hello no welcome

Banging above us. Kids? Construction? Turned on TV to drown out noise so I could sleep Missed TONI, hostess for breakfast and her sweet smiling face. She brightened our stay 10/23 when we buried my mom.

Breakfast was very good. But miss Toni former hostess was the mostest.

The breakfast was not good and the water did not get hot, also the bed was too firm for my liking and they should use a different of pillow.

The staff were excellent, the rooms king suite was a good size and very clean, and also even though next to a military airport it was fairly quiet. I would stay here again.

Room was clean but had an odd smell, so I had to go out and buy air freshener plugins; that did help.

It was pretty expensive. I think there should be discounts for families going through chemo.

The front door made a very screeching noise when closing and the outlets in the bathroom was not stable

I didnt eat breakfast at the hotel but the location was good and close to where I needed to get to

With the exception of one attendant, the reception staff was unkind. They often ran out of food during breakfast and took a while to replenish, and breakfast staff did it in a bad mood. Uncomfortable bathroom, toilet seat was loose.

Definitely wished the ice marker was closer to our side of the hotel. The experience was great.

The Breakfast was nice! You had a few choices which made it easy for us. I thought River Street was a little closer but it still was awesome!

Breakfast was mediocre, room wasnt very clean and we had a lot of trouble with the tub not draining during a shower

3 out of 4 nights we had people next to us that were very loud up until 4:30 am. Didn't get much sleep.

The room didn't smell pleasant so we purchased a can of febreze and sprayed everything down, but the room was clean and cozy they just might want to check and clean the air filter. The facility was a little difficult to find/see, our GPS brought us in through the parking lot of a Rooms to Go store and we didn't notice a sign at first, it's very small and located under the Rooms to Go sign at the street.

Our family was in Charleston, SC for a medical procedure and we decided to take an impromptu trip to Savannah because we had never been. The price for the suite was great and the reviews seemed to be decent. We have had bad experiences with Country Inn & Suites before but we decided to take a chance and were pleasantly surprised. The room was nice sized and comfortable. The facility was very nice as well. The location was ok. The staff was all very nice. The breakfast is better than I have had, but it is your basic hotel breakfast. The facility looks modern and newer or at the very least recently renovated.

I was disappointed in the property. The room needed painting It was in a very odd location between a shopping center, a busy road, and a military facility that flew helicopters most of the night.

I wish there had been a big mirror in the room. There was only a mirror in the bathroom.
