I didn’t like the the trash cans were very small so I had to make my own trash cans. I didn’t like being told that on the 3 day we would get room attempted too and when we returned nothing was done. Thankfully I am OCD and so my own cleaning so o emptied the trash every day and did our bed, but the day we were supposed to be serviced I didn’t do the bed and I also put the dirty towels together for the maid. upon return as I said no service was given so I went to the linen area and grabbed toilet paper and fresh sheets and towels. We also saw that shower could be cleaner and the fridge didn’t work well it kept our stuff room temperature. Thankfully the ice machine was convenient.

I loved the room the most cause we had a living room and separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable we booked a king room. The hotel and room smell were good.

parking is tough, and the hotel itself is sort of crammed in between other buildings making it alittle difficult to find

Hot tub was not warm. felt like same temperature as pool. Bathroom needs updating. Rust around doors and tub needs re-caulking. Carpet needs cleaning. Step on sticky substance near fridge and found a old French fry under chair.

The only thing that I would improve would be the cleaning crew remembering to replace any linens they removed like towels, wash clothes and toilet paper.

The staff was excellent, polite, and friendly. Everyone was easy to talk to and eager to help or answer any questions. We some trouble with a few things and everyone helped out until we got thw issues fixed all the while being polite and patient.

The property was nice and clean. There was a soccer group there my 1st night and the young folks were a little rowdy. I didn’t lose any sleep 😊. I will stay here again if visiting Savannah.

Very close to downtown. A few turns but mostly a straight shot to get to Forsyth Park. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean. One night someone was having a party in a room with loud music. The area around the hotel is ok but its kind of secluded. But overall a decent hotel.

Literally, this was just a really enjoyable time. Nothing bad to say!

We were on our annual "Mom Trip," and this hotel was a big reason that it was amazing! Isaiah at the front was AWESOME. (We checked in around 9:30 PM). Room was very clean and looked nice, the bathroom was spacious, shower was great too! The pool was rather cold for it to be indoor, but it was overall good! Hot tub was not too hot-- it was like bath water-- and we couldn't figure out how to turn the jets on, but again, it was still enjoyable! We loved the later check out time (12PM) and the ease of checking out too! Oh and don't worry, your GPS may direct you into a Rooms To Go parking lot, that is correct (lol), keep driving!!! 😅

The shower did not drain well. They came in removed our towels daily but did not replace them. Had to ask for them.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating. We were there during hurricane Ian and they made sure we were comfortable.
