I have no complaints about my stay. The motel was great and we will be returning again!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating for my wife and I as we also had our dog with us. The breakfast options were many and each tasted delicious!

We had room 231 which has two room and two television. The tv in the bedroom did not work, which was part of the reason for staying there. So grandkids could stay in our room while the parents visit. Since it was a holiday weekend we could not get the tv replaced.

We love to stay at the Staybridge. I was great to show our family how great of a place to stay it is.

They couldn’t find our reservation so we had to cancel and make a new one, then later that day she said she found the original and we would be refunded for it. Which it’s fine, but we had to put the extra money down we already paid for while waiting for a refund

Breakfast was nice, h they had fruits and cereals, a waffle maker, bacon, eggs, I think yogurt, juices, muffins and danishes. the pool and hot tub were also working and nice. The room was great, king sure was worth it. The kids slept in the pull out couch in the living room and we had a bedroom and bathroom. We didn’t use the kitchen but everything was nice and clean.

I honestly cannot think of anything I didn't like about the hotel. It had great stuff great food and a great location. I have no complaints with this hotel and in fact would tell other people to stay at this hotel.

Kristen at the front desk was amazing. She is the main reason that if we come back into Minot we will stay at this hotel. She was kind and wonderful explaining where something was at and if we needed anything she was ready to get it. The manager the next day was very nice and very pleasant. They did amazing job with all that came.

There were no sheets for the sofa sleeper in our room so I had to run to the front desk to get them. I felt the sofa sleeper was in need of a good cleaning/replacement. The backs of the chairs had food spilled on them. The arms of the office chair were sticky, and the air vents were surrounded with dust.

I always appreciate a hot breakfast at a hotel. The room was large with a living area and bedroom. Perfect layout for our family of 5 with 3 young children.

There was about 7 inches of snow the morning we arrived. I feel the sidewalks should have been scraped and shoveled better by the 2nd day as there was 2 days without snow. Even out the front door of the hotel, it was not shoveled properly.

the only thing is that I wish they had the coffee pouches in the room. We had to ask at the desk and that was so inconvenient. coffee first thing upon waking is a good start to the day! or I wish they had alerted us to that fact, maybe we would have asked right at check-in. Plus one pouch at a time or getting dressed to go down and ask for coffee or get when you have breakfast.

The location is amazing and the staff was so friendly. the large kitchen set up was so nice and everything was very clean. i would highly recommend this place, and I plan to stay their again.
