We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI didn’t like the staff, the noise. The dugs being dealt in the parking lot and the roaches I found.
The people that work at this property will laugh in your face if you have a complaint. It’s really as if they’re saying “look at the price how can you complain “. I asked for a different room because I found two roaches and Chris the manager looked at me for a few seconds annoyed and said, ok. The guy in the front that smiles allot seemed nice the first two days but I soon I realized that he also smiles when offended people. I went down asking for pots and pans, he gave me a pan and a lid and when I asked for the rest while smiling he says “ you could of asked for them all so I don’t have to make two trips”. I asked for them all originally. I’ve had enough when I went down to palladium about Wi-Fi and I was told unless I pay extra than the Wi-Fi is not going to work. After spending so much money here I was surprised to hear this and asked him why is that? And he said “obviously because everyone uses it so if you want better pay for better” WHILE SMILING! This is the worse extended stay I’ve ever been to and I’ve travelled many because I travel constantly for work. It’s a weird environment and they have homeless and drug users all around the parking lot making it uncomfortable to even smoke your cigarette outside without being harassed. Im sleeping at 11 at night and I hear people in the pool being loud. They do not take their job seriously at all. And this place has so many people that are here that needs the help but the staff act as if we are all here on vacation. Most people here are stressed and they don’t need staff that will be looking down on them like they do here!! Worse experience ever!!!

0/5 stars. DO NOT STAY HERE! There was nothing to like about this place, in fact, we disliked it so much that we found another hotel and checked out within a few hours. We were in town for an event so we checked in, saw our smoked / pot filled elevators and hotel rooms, the disgustingly dirty lobby and main entrance, and had to run out to our event. The smell of smoke and mold and pot was so overwhelming that it was hard to breath and no certainly no place for children. I was traveling with five children ages 3-16 and wouldn’t even let them take their shoes off when we dropped our bags in the rooms because it was so filthy. While at the event we located us another hotel. After the event we went back and explained why we wanted to leave and checked out. Since then they charged me for two rooms and two nights. The customer service at this location was awful- he was nice enough but not trained!!

United StatesThe hallways smell like someone was smoking weed in their room. No kitchen supplies stocked in the room, you will have to call front desk to bring it up. Microwave was damaged on the outside. The tub had rust and the finish was coming off. The counter in the bathroom had stains. Bed skirt was ripped .. bed sorta comfortable. When we were leaving, i looked under the bed for our shoes and found a bottle of foot powder (this is how I could tell the room is not properly cleaned) Also my daughter spilled some water on the wood floor in the kitchen & went to clean it up with napkins & the napkin turned black (floor is not cleaned either)
I liked it was close to the highway and where we had to go.

I was confirmed a room the day of my stay from booking.com I get to the extended stay at 2 am with two small children late flight arrival” just to be turned away there was no availability and the receptionist said booking.com does this thing all the time!!! well I can vouch for my experience because this was the second failed booking leaving me and my kids in a state basically homeless!!!! I had to drive my rental car at 2 am 2hours exhausted Dangerous and I could have gotten in a accident to Daytona and call to beg to rebook my own room over the phone!!!!!
