There should be coffee and new towels delivered to your room when I turned one on I did not get a replacement. Other than that.nice location comfortable

Our room smelled mildewy. The carpet seemed damp. The carpets in the hallway and room were soooo dirty, you could see it. They had not been cleaned for a couple of years. They need to be replaced not shampooed. The mattress we slept on was either old or cheap, I could feel the springs. The toilet seat in our bathroom was so used the paint was coming off and the inside of the toilet was stained and looked dirty even though it was not.

The front desk person, who didn't seem to ever go home, she was great. always helped us. the location of the hotel was also great and the price per night was great.

They need to be replaced carpets because it’s strong odors - had a hard time breathing due my asthma issues. Restroom tub and shower head need to be replaced as well in room. And also, breakfast need 2% milk or regular milk but not fat free and also need extra waffle makers because we were line up wait everyone turn for waffles - waste time! On second and third floor both ice machine were broken. We won’t go back again in this same place. So disappointed!

I like to be closer to downtown and nice location! Their employees were very friendly and kindly!

The ice cream machine wasn’t working . But it’s wasn’t a big deal !

We needed to find something for one night while our ac was getting worked on . Y’all are right around the corner from our home . My husband had to get up at 3am for work so your hotel was very convenient for us !

No staff in reception area the majority of the time. Waited 20 minutes for someone to check us in. Room needed deep cleaning and a refresh. . No water available for drinking anywhere, including vending machines.

The room didn't look clean, there were food stains on the walls,doors and couches I clean my self it didn't seem like as if they take their time to clean each room, the bath tub was rusted and had a hole. Was not happy.

I didn't like the super cold room, we didn't know how to turn it up at all, my husband didn't mind but I was freezing. Also, fat-free milk with cereal is disgusting, at least include normal milk as well.

The staff was not overly friendly upon check-in. She barely even spoke to us. But the worst part was once in a while our AC would kick on and it would smell like sulfur or the smell of strong boiled eggs. By the time we figured out where the smell was coming from, the night was half over!

it is located in a very quiet section of town and we felt very safe and comfortable. Our room was under $100 and the room was very large with a refrigerator, microwave and fold out couch (if needed). Not to mention, there was an exercise room and a pool! It really was a deal!!

Well, carpet definitely needs a good cleaning. The jacuzzi tub faucet was restricted and took forever to fill past the jets. TV was outdated with minimal channels to choose from. The eggs for breakfast were powdered. The bathtub had a lot of rust. Not rust stains, rust. Overall it needs serious maintenance and repairs.

Location was the reason for choosing this hotel and there was a jacuzzi tub.
