No place to hang clothes, no coffee maker, no place in shower to put shampoo,etc. Had to put on shower floor.. also only had pool open first two days, then had closed until memorial day..

A little run down looking. They may be in the process of renovating/updating- but details need some work. The only elevator was a little rough and slow and the stairway actually sketchy. The smell of weed permeated the halls- but we felt like that smell was everywhere- which is tough when you are there with kids.

The hallways were filthy construction going on throughout the hotel our door had plywood on it the bottom of it was bent in at least a half an inch the plywood however was painted the room there was black mold under the sink edge nowhere to hang your towels after you showered nowhere to hang your clothes while in the room the pillows are worn out the room on a scale of 1 to 10 cleanliness at best I'd give it a six the chairs on the balcony were missing slats rusted screws exposed the hot water in the shower never get hot but was worn at best that ran out after about 5 minutes the air conditioning system would not blow any air I pulled the filters and the filters look worse than any dryer filter that I've seen my past employment 32 years experience in HVAC as I said the location phenomenal the staff great however they did tell us when I called to confirm a reservation that the pool was open it was not our room was however one that was renovated everything's outdated and worn out very poor paint job

We were basically staring at the wall the whole stay lol booked hoping that we would be able to get the ocean view. The floor was very dusty.

There’s a lot of work that needs to be done. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. They were kind of like a roll out mattress. If you sit or lay on one side, the other side lifts up and you sink into the mattress. The bathrooms were not really accommodating. There was no toilet tissue holder so the tissue just sat on the back of the toilet. There was no where in the shower to put/hold your soap, washcloth or anything. The tv remote barely worked. We asked for more batteries but the housekeeping staff didn’t speak English so to work the tv we had to stand right in front of it with the remote to turn the channel. Housekeeping never came in to tidy up the room or bring new towels. We were there for 3 days 2 nights and it never happened. The elevator was a mess. Cracked floors and ceiling and a wobbly door. The hotel was not worth the $150 a night at all.

Overall for the price, I was expecting a little more. The furniture was beaten down, the TV when turned on was on max volume and had to be lowered everytime you turned it on and other little things were missing, like a small coffee maker would been nice and no where to hang up your clothes, so no hangers.

I didn’t like how the showers don’t have shelves, and the beds were a little creaky.

We loved how close it was to the boardwalk and how close the strip was!
