Condition of room. Services. Air conditioner falling apart. No water in shower. Found maintenance promised to fix it didn't come back. Found a gentlemen called Chris that got us another room. The lobby was closed so had to walk all over hotel to find help. No toilet paper. Very few towels. Lobby always closed when you needed them. Not open Sunday when we left to advise them.

I brought cleaning wipes expecting the room not to be spotless, but the roaches? Had we had any other options, we would have left after seeing the first one. No hot water for the shower. The keycards rarely worked. We had to stop at the office a couple times a day.

Room was semi clean. There were roaches and stains on the bed sheets. Found a used needle under bedside table when I moved it to find something that I dropped. Water pressure in the shower was pitifully weak and there wasn't any toilet paper or soap in the bathroom either. Literally the only decent things about this place was that the desk clerk was polite and there weren't any bed bugs, although based on everything else I'm not sure how there wasn't, I checked thoroughly multiple times.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was able to accommodate me and my fiancé after a different place screwed us by violating terms and canceling the reservation while we were standing in their lobby. Grateful for that for sure.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was undesirable. From cockroaches, to being just filthy, to feeling unsafe around drug dealers, to a filthy and smelly smoke stench-filled room, to moldy shower curtain, to dirt-caked floors, to sticky roach trapped walls and filthy shower flooring. This hotel should be condemned and razed immediately. I would go as far as to ask people pray for the people who are forced to reside in this “hotel” as they need safe housing ASAP.

On entry to the room, free water on the floor. 1pillow on the bed for 2 people. hand sized towels for bath towels and only 1, at that. Bed side lamp not functional; no bulb, and no remote for the TV. But to top it off, got up during the night and turned on the bathroom light........ROACHES. When we started loading our car the next morning and moved luggage....Roaches beneath them. NO it was not a good experience. When I booked, I saw the name Red Roof and assumed a totally different experience. Makes us a little gun shy of booking anything with Red Roof attached. Sorry!!!

There was not much we liked about the room. However, the bed was comfortable.

I don't think I've been in a hotel that is so nice looking outside and inside but has such a roach problem absolutely crazy. I killed about 10 in the first 30min. Had keep bathroom light on lol. And cold air blowing after that didn't see any lol

The residents were loud, nosy and disturbed me even during the day, the first day i arrived i got a bad feeling when someone was searching for a young woman maid. I had no idea why they were looking for her. i just wanted to enjoy the room but they looked at me kinda weird and funny.

the security guard on property was the nicest person I have ever met there, i had to leave really early for my flight and i was i was really tired and he was really nice and helpful in helping me check out at the early hours of the morning.

elevator didn’t work and still doesn’t, had trouble with room keys from the beginning, extended a week after the room key problems were fixed then the first day of my extension I was locked out of my room never can get a hold of anyone with red roof or this location staff

Toilet didn't work. I had to remove the tank lid and operate the fill valve by hand. External areas were dirty and littered with trash. Residents were often loud and yelling.

Hotel staff wasn’t even there at time of check in. Then they sent us to a room that was already occupied or hadn’t been cleaned yet.

Booked for a queen unit, only got a full. 1st room toilet won't flush and had someone else's urine in it. The smoke detector's battery was dying so beeped every 30 seconds. Said something about the toilet to the staff. Response was to turn the water valve at the base of the toilet(which i did and that was not the problem). My wife went back to the front desk to tell them it still was not working. We will be up in 5 minutes. As for the smoke detector they told us to just pull the battery out(pretty sure that might be safety issue as well as illegal). 5 minutes lead to a half hour still no maintenance. Went back to front desk and was told 5 minutes AGAIN!!!! Well 5 minutes became 20(or maybe our phones clocks times go faster then their clocks). Went back to the desk, this time front doorvwas locked. After an hour(with someone else's urine still in the toilet and smoke detector beeping) they finally come up. He tried messing with the water valve. Low and behold that was not the problem. I then asked if that was a queen and he said it was a full(which i already knew). Decided to move our room to yet another full. At least that toilet worked. Microwave did not work however. We received 1 towel and 1 washcloth for the 2 of us. Asked for another set and apparently they were out. We stayed for 5 days and recieved no clean linen. Had to buy towels and wash clothes from Target. Trash was piled up at the top of the stairs. Found a used needle. Its been about month and still waiting for them to return my deposit. Guessing I am not getting it, the least they could do is buy some more towels or something with it.
