Reserved 2 rooms and only received 1. Night shift personnel were rude and were rushing the check in so he could just hurry and get back to his room. The bathroom in our room was not the cleanest. Didn’t wanna use the shower due to how dirty it looked

the first room we had was moldy, roaches, the beds were moldy and BLACK from dirt and grime the trashcan was moldy and it smelt very bad… the second room was better but I wouldn’t recommend a family member.. the neighbors were also very… sketchy.

we walked into our king suite and we’re greeted by 5 live roaches and dirty underwear shoved into a couch. we immediately left asking for a complete refund. still not have received this refund.

Customer service. I tried to call several times and was hung up on. I also emailed several times about a refund. I was sold a room that was not available. The hotel was completely sold out of rooms yet booking.com sold me a room anyway and charged me for it. I had to file a refund and investigation with my credit card company because I still have yet to receive a refund from booking.com. The credit card company will deal directly with you because the hotel sent paperwork approving the refund. I will never book with you again.

Yhe staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable.. but the room was also clean..just bare bones..not even a waste can in the room.

I did not like anything about this place I emailed and I called I could never get through to anyone to anyone and the phone number they provided, never was onThere was no staff to greet at the location there are no staff members on location on the weekends and hardly anybody during the week they there are no towels or fresh linens you have to wash everything yourself there are people living there for more than a monthly basis and there is no one to take care of them the place has roaches and is and it's nasty in the hallways

it was dirty, the room we was in smelled of cigarette smoke, there was roaches, the curtains were nasty and stained, the dresser was broken, the light in the bathroom flickered very badly, house keeping did not come in to replace towels or anything, we ran out of toilet paper before the end of our stay, we watched a drug deal happen right in front of our room, the elevator was jerking like it was going to break so we had to climb the stairs.

The bedside lamps had no light bulbs, there was no trash can, no soap or shampoo, no towels or washcloths, not even a SHOWER CURTAIN. Cockroaches and spiders were a big problem too.

Nothing. It was trash. They didn’t give my paperwork to the after hours employee, so I had to find a new hotel for my first night in town. Then refused to refund my money that I paid for the first night.

Place just nasty so are the people. They send random people to the door to tell u to get out and check out is at 12 kicked us out at 11 nasty rude people had roaches mildew on the walls and shower curtains and the under the sink was mold and routing and I hada child with me
