The mattress in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. I felt like it was too firm and outdated.

The location of the rental was great. There was several places to eat and shop within walking distance. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Internet was just so so. Couldn't get a signal most of the time on the balcony. Lights in the kitchen, laundry room, and hall was out, breaker was tripped. Reset breaker and sparks shot out of hall light. Called maintenance, and they came and rewired it, and it worked great after that.

Loved the condos location and view. Beautifully decorated.

Two of the four elevators worked part time we was there and then three of the four was working. Having to wait 30 minutes for an elevator in the lobby heat was a bit rough.

The location, everyone was friendly, clean rooms. Great stay.

Wifi kept cutting out. Like disappeared altogether! Very aggravating when we could see other units were up and running but ours would not even be visible. We were told to restart the router but never saw it. Assume it was in owner's closet. Someone around us was smoking pot on the balcony the entire time. Bluck!

The pullout bed was broken, my husband had to sweep before we unpacked, and the use of elevators was frustrating.

I liked staying right on the beach. And I liked having access to 2 pools.

apartment need improvement . cabinets where filthy because that do not have knobs. Furniture is scratched and in need of repair. when we entered the apt you can feel the sand on the floor . It was not cleaned. those are the avoids one .

Very dirty apartment, tubs were disgusting, one of the tubs was not draining, we called and somebody came to fix it, the things that came out were, well let’s say I have no words for it. The dishes were so dirty, we had to wash them all (what we wanted to use). The dining room table had crumbs all over, floor was so dirty we had to vacuum it (luckily there was a vacuum) but the vacuum stunk every time you turned it on. A lot more but you get the point. We are not going to be back at this location ever. Oh, and the pool rules, they are a joke. What family goes on vacation, books a 3 bedroom appointment? Probably somebody with kids, right? You can not play catch at the pool, you can not have pool toys. Like I said, not going back there ever. Also, I called Vacasa to complain about the apartment Whalen we got there and since it was Sunday, the person I spoke with said I will get a phone call on next business day. Never got the phone call.

No ramp to beach. Paying for parking, elevators broken or wait time. The rental chairs right off the ramp. If they are being set up for you, you can walk a little. Save that space for families with little ones. Some small roaches in the kitchen, picture of room with bunch beds is misleading and hot, Not as big as picture represents, missing knobs on furniture, paint needs touch ups, tiles uneven or hollow under, black stuff on caulk in guest room, no ice cream scoop.

Close to restaurants and shops. Easy parking. Pool easily accessible. Code on door was great, no key to keep up with. Access to beach was easy.
