Our particular condo could use a few updates and improved welcome package, but as a community it was excellent.

Loved the location and beach access. Really appreciated the security and staff at the condo. They enforced rules and expectations evenly. Plenty of parking. Loved we had door access code and didn’t have to check- in upon arrival. Staff kept common areas clean and smelling fresh.

Overall great. My bedroom light was flickering and needed changed and I should have asked for it to be fixed. I just told them at checkout. Not a big deal for me.

We had loud blaring fire alarms that ran for a few days; sometimes during the full day while sometimes it was flashing lights. There was minimal information shared with us on what was happening. In fact we evacuated the room one morning after hearing the alarms, but when I called them back 1-2 hours later to see if we could return, I was told it was a test alarm. So communication could be improved surely. Also, the room cleanliness could be better. The sofa bed should have its sheets cleaned regularly, the room floor was dusty and deserved a cleaning before we accessed the room on Day 1.

Great ocean view, seamless access to the room, good faculties provided in the room. Advance notifications via email of the upcoming stay, booking code, and more made the process quite smooth and seamless. Few supplies were missing in the room but we could replenish them easily from the front desk.

Some of the mattresses weren't very comfy. And our unit didn't have a toaster or crock pot. No big deal. I should have asked.

Loved the location and the apartments. Very easy to check in and out. We would recommend this and would stay again.

Elevators are slow, parking fills up fast, Our master bath tub drain was slow draining every time we showered we stood in water. The other bathroom light kept flickering on and off and eventually went out. All the closets in the bedrooms had all the shelving broken or missing so you couldn't really even use the closets for your clothes. we ended up leaving ours in our suitcases on a chair. Room just needs a little TLC but nothing major, was still a nice room.

The view of the Ocean is beautiful from your room, Bed was very comfortable, location was perfect, right next door is senior frogs bar and grill on the beach, about a mile from pier park and the board walk. I came with my 3 adult daughters and 2 nieces, we had plenty of space in our room and they loved the night life, the local clubs are open to 4am, but there is plenty of family friendly things to do as well. Lots of shops near by and restaurants. I loved the pool and hot tub we went every day and we loved the beach being right there with the beach chairs and umbrella included with our room. we found sand crabs at night and saw lots of marine life,sea turtles, stingray, jellyfish and dolphins came every morning and gave us a show, we booked the Sea screamer dolphin cruise it was the best part of my trip they really put on a great show for us. I also liked having the washer and dryer in our room. overall a nice place to stay.

The unit 1208 really needs a good cleaning. All the ceilings fans need to be clean. Several places need attention. The sliding doors need to be cleaned.

It was very convenient to most types of venues you are looking for.

I thought elevator being down when we checked in was a pain but they did get it fixed that night before we went to eat. Couch bed needs a new mattress or something because it is horribly uncomfortable so I just slept on the couch and Need a few more towels in the bathroom.

Location was great and distance from the beach was awesome, room plenty big, and liked you could wash clothes before coming home. Loved the decor and that it had dishes in case you did want to cook.

The only negative point in the apartment or suite is the rag or carpet it needs to wash especially it is small and can wash it in the big washing machine that belongs to the hotel with no cost, it surprised me why they didn't do that especially everything was super clean except this carpet.

The location of this hotel or apartment to the beach is great and accessible 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one bathroom located in master bedroom and you can see the ocean from the bed, oh my God this place like in the movies, the people who run this place are great too they gave me the apartment at 1:00 PM with no extra cost very helpful people and friendly.
