They have me a room that didn't have a t.v. than the room had bed bugs. The lights didn't work. I went to front to tell them they wouldn't give me a refund.

Everything .. hotel looked nasty inside . Tub had stains , wasn’t even close to white . Bed comforter was ripped and old blood on sheets . Room had no TV , towels had brown stains , door looked like it had been kicked in .. but I guess you get what you pay for lol

Bedding was old and tattered with holes, room was not well maintained, smelly and very noisy, could not sleep, the bed was very uncomfortable very disappointed with the facility. If I could have canceled and received a full refund I would have and went to another hotel. At this time, I would like to request a full refund of $114.00 for my two-night stay.

I didn't like the fact there was no TV nor microwave in the room but worse was the plumbing situation, the shower would only function on hot or cold. To avoid being burned, I had to use the ice bucket to let hot water cool down and took a bird bath. Not what you'd expect when staying at a hotel.

Came to OKC with my daughter for a concert. The room was disgusting. Floor had ants, toilet wouldn’t flush, the a/c was horrible, no way I was stepping foot in that tub/shower, and the sheets on one of our beds had what looked like blood stains.

Front desk lady was very nice and informative.

I attempted to stay there and after checking in i asked to stay for 3 days but there was an understandable language barrier I went to my room and thought everything had been handled only to have my door knocked on late at night on my second nights stay by a woman and gentlemen that informed me they needed my money for the third day to which i was shocked that I was prompted so late when i had to be up early. I felt that was highly unprofessional and also the room had knats and cigarette burns on the bathtub

I checked in with all the money I had because my wallet and cash got stolen,it was me my 7 year old and our emotional support service dog the hotel knew of our animal and situation as I just got out of the hospital from back surgery as well as caring for my child giving my physical capability and in a lot of pain and no steady income ,they woke me out of sleep early next morning, kicking me and my son out with none of my money back I had nothing left I wasn't even dressed all the way she was pushing me out the door and to top that my keys to my car disappeared me and my son couldn't even leave the property we managed to get a ride to nowhere I had to leave our car and everything we own in it..I'm very disappointed I'm mad ..
