Was told house cleaning only came in if someone stayed for 3 nights or longer they came in the first day and took towels ( we didn’t know and were not about to be charged for missing things we didn’t take) room wasn’t very clean when we got there lights didn’t work at first.

I have always stayed at this hotel never had a problem before.Today I got yelled at by the manager for absolutely no reason at all .I stood to the side waiting patiently for her to stop helping her other customer. She stopped talking to them and asked me what I needed then when I told her what was going on started yelling at me she was helping another customer and through us know each other in my face and said everyone throws it in her face and she constantly hears it. I told her I didn't say anything about us knowing each other you did I never even brought it up. You asked me what I wanted started yelling at me. I asked to speak to someone above her and she threatened the cops and told me to get off the property that I was aloud to speak to anyone else bc she is the manger and she was gonna call everyone and make sure I can't get another hotel and do everything to make sure I don't get my deposit back. When I asked multiple times what did I do wrong that you are treating me like this she started yelling at me to get out.Then had one of the maids bring me back to the office and I had my child with me mistreated me again and when I asked her the owns again or someone above her she called the cops on me and had me and my kids thrown out on the streets and stole my deposit after lying to the cops telling them I didn't give a cash deposit. I made her aware I was recording and she flaunted herself and said she didn't care. I had no damages to my room at all other than my son spelling a little cherrywine soda on one sheet and his noodles by accident which I did state if they didn't come clean I would be more than happy to pay for . I explained there was some stains on one pillowcase that was not by us when we got there that was burgundy that you can clearly see was already there someone washed and put back on bad.

The room smelled like mold and straight up cigarette. Mind you the room was non smoking. The bath tub was dirty. The ceiling paint was peeling very bad

The front desk lady, the heavy set one been there 7 yrs, I see how the business is going down, no towels for your stay unless they clean them , maybe if they clean them! & will take your deposit $ 100.00 bucks , one stain & it will cost you for something that was already there in the rooms, be more careful if you rent a room here, she works 7 days, & too too MEAN to work in this county or to be even on Booking.com site. & will threaten you about calling the police if you ask any questions about your deposit!

Need to get the front desk lady, the heavy set one working today 10-6-23 outta the business, she has always been a problem to 90 percent of the people that stay there, she wants your deposit to keep, they will find problems so they can keep your $100.00 deposit, she killed the business for sure!

They took my deposit for towels that they say needed cleaning, never gave me new towels after a whole week of staying there. She training the lady how to find any problems to take your deposit, which is $100.00, gave me $4.00 back. Crazy

All the other front desk people are nice! the heavy set lady needs to go, she the reason people stay in other hotels, her mouth is to much for the public, some people can't manage the job right! And she likes to take deposits for towels or just for any reason, I didn't want to write about this place but she is the wrong lady for the job. Maybe was a Good person now gone Bad 😔

The house keeper & the front desk lady working together to keep deposit from rooms, talking about sheets had orange stains that they never washed in the first place, both of them need other jobs today to save the business.

They never cleaned my room, charged me for towels and never washed them, except The ones I been had, front desk lady mean as hale, she needs to be fired off from the job, & never given a hotel job nowhere in the world, took my deposit 95 for nothing, afte I stayed there for a week 6 days already spent like $400,00 it's nothing the front desk lady can say, shr the reasons why people won't stay on the hotel, talking about 7yrs there, i see why it was no one there. I want all my money back!

I didn't like the fact that they took my $100 dls deposit just because a took off the shower head and didn't tie it when I put it back. They said I broke it and they took my deposit money 😔😠

Cigarette burn holes in the sheets of a non-smoking room. After check-out they charged $20 dollars on my credit card. I called and it was apparently due to unknown blue stains. Unknown is right, as we left the room in the same mediocre condition we found it. If you decide to stay, make sure the deposit is returned during check-out and do not rely on the honesty of others.

I saw a roach on the dresser as soon as I opened the door to my room. I was given another one immediately. That room was okay and clean. The toilet wasn’t working properly and there was only a small amount of toilet paper.

I liked the location of the motel. It was by a lot of good restaurants and stores.

The staff was very rude and angry. My wife and I had to pay a 100.00 cash deposit after booking a non refundable room online. I'm not pleased with the service or the room the floors were dirty and the air conditioner didn't work.

I do not have one thing to say good about this hotel except for the location. It's convenient to commute to get food and local errands.

The first room was very dirty and tv did not work so we was moved to another room. Second room we asked for towels for my husband and I. The lady said we could not get a set but one towel and washcloth. Who uses one towel and washcloth. I love my husband but we need our own towel/washcloth. Very unhappy.
