Noisy. Graffiti on the interior door and walls including a SS sign on the window sill. How does Booking.com approve of this substandard lodging. Also, the bedspread had over 20 burn holes on it. Apparently it is a smoking room. No fitted sheet, just a sheet as the bottom sheet. I had to ask for a second sheet to protect from the itchy, burned comforter.

No blanket was on the bed, very disappointing hardly slept do to neighbor banging on walls.

There was some funny business with the maids. One of just walked into my room without knocking and when I was about to check the maid was standing at the door and I saw the other maid rush into the office. When I got to the office she gave me a funny look then walked away to let the manager process my checkout.

Everything..... Noisy drugged people at night. No internet. No TV. Broken screen on tv. broken cable TV. Bed covers full of burn marks. No toilet roll in the shared toilet. Toilets backed up with human waste. Showers dirty, drainage overflowing onto floor. Bedroom walls needed painting, full of graffiti marks. People at night accusing one another of stealing. Smell of pot / grass / crack in building and in the bedroom. Hotel Not for tourists.unsafe for women.

Shocking. Booking.com should go under cover to inspect this hotel! Who decides that this is a star hotel! A drug users hotel.

The hotel Manager Nick is rather overbearing and creates an uneasy environment for both the staff and the guests. Driven by greed and the need to feel in charge, his decision making tends to be unprofessional and lacking in taste. He has no boundaries when it comes to people’s personal business and no respect for the people he’s dealing with. The hotel would be better managed by either of the two main front desk clerks. They seem to be more in touch with reality and more able to deal with the customers in a professional way.

The front desk staff are amazingly kind and really awesome in every way. They genuinely care about your happiness and well being and are nothing short of professional and accommodating.

The worst thing about the accomodation is its location. There are many homeless people on the street. They are everywhere, even in front of the building. It’s pretty scary to crossing them. Weird peple were also guests of the hotel. The other negative thing is noise. Windows and doors don’t caulk, so it’s very disturbing during the nights (we cannot sleep properly).

It’s ok if you just want to stay somewhere overnight and you don’t need own bathroom. There is only handbasin at the room. Not far away from the downtown. The staff was friendly.

THIS A ONE STAR MOTEL. BY NO MEANS A THREE STAR AS ADVERTISED. Next to a homeless shelter with homeless, druggies and trash all around the entrance. S.ell of smoke. Reserved a private bathroom and got a shared bathroom. 3 flights of stairs. No wifi. Cable was broken. Sheets had a wet spot and smelled of something toxic. No forced air of any kind. Screen was off the window...

- The fact that you just don't feel safe because of the area full of homeless people - Walls are extremely thin so you can literally hear everything that other guests are doing - Really loud buzz at the front door that could easily wake you up at night - The room wasn't properly cleaned - Behavior of other guests who were playing the music in the middle of the night

- Customer service and really human approach by Juri - In all honesty the best part of this stay was checking out from the hotel

Sketchy neighbourhood, sketchy noises in the hall. Dirty bathrooms, extremely dirty room and blankets. Walls and floor were not clean. Didn't feel safe at all!

Area was dangerous, room was dirty and not as advertised at all with grafitti and broken facilities that could cause harm, staff were very unfreindly: there was even dried blood on the wall in my room. Room stank of smoke even though it was advertised as non smoking
