Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThere was no Wi-Fi at all. Spent 2 days with tech support to get it active to no resolution. Room was listed as a king size studio but only had a queen bed. No access key to the pool area, found out it was drained, would have been nice knowing that in advance. Laundry room was sparse, no coin alternative or laundry soap available.
Location was convenient. Many restaurants and stores nearby.

United StatesWas told there was no issues with the pool, booked, they waited till after I could cancel, then i got an email saying thr pool actually was closed. Got there, and realized thr pool had been damaged in last years storm and never repaired. I feel sure they knew this when they replied that there were no issues. There was sand all over thr floor when we arrived. Otherwise, it was a nice well stocked room with a beautiful view and a cozy balcony.

United StatesWe received an email with a unit # and was told we would receive a door code on the morning of the trip, which we did. Check in was at 4pm we got to the building around 6pm. We put in the door code they gave us and it did not work. There is no one at the front desk, you have to call the customer service # for who you booked the room through, which we did and they said they were sending someone from the local office to meet us with the master key. That took forever! It was a little after 9pm before he came with the master key and he met us at the front door and told us to call him if it didn't work. We proceeded to go to our room and the key did not work so we call them back and I just so happen to mention the room # we are supposed to be in that was sent to us via email and the person on the phone repeats it and says you're supposed to be in a whole different room # and floor. So we go to that room # and the door code works on that door. So we basically wasted a little over 3 hours because they sent us the wrong room # in the initial email. And it was my birthday trip. Other than that it was a decent place to stay. But I wouldn't book with them again.

United StatesWe asked for Wheel Assessable. We could not get his scooter in or out. had to use his walker. Elevator super small. Had to fold his walker to get between items. Could not get anything on TV. Microwave was on top of Refrigerator above my shoulder not safe to use. One side of closet door off unable to close. Towe rack fell off wall. No grab bars in shower. I did not understand about checking in at room tried to find a person called number Jordon was helpful but code did not work. Took over 30 minutes worked for two days then did not work again had to walk back and forth length. x 3. short of breath. Finally a English speaking resident helped. Then to top things off they schedule electric to be off right at check out 10AM to12 Noon. got up early and left. I would Not recommend this I thought I was going to a place named Sunshine & Oceanfront and Serenity instead we were sent to Pirates Cove.
There was NO breakfast.

United StatesPrice for cleaning the unit seemed reasonable...... until I realized what little effort was put into cleaning. Pool area is shut down, couldn't find fitness center. What were the amenity fees paying for? Mattress was old and terrible. Bed spread was old and seemed unsanitary. No hand soap in the bathroom, only 2 skimpy rolls of single ply tp(had to go buy my own). Unit smelled of mold. Tub faucet dripped constantly. Toilet would stay running periodically. Noisy, dusty construction going on during most days of stay
Location was great. Parking lot was clean and freshly redone.

United StatesHaving never rented a condo before I would have like to receive information on checking in and how I would get the keys before the day of check in. If I hadn’t called the company I would not have known the procedure. Many thanks to the gentleman who assisted me. Also it was a similar feeling at check out time. I wanted to make sure I left things as I should but was unsure of what I was responsible for. I thought there might be written instructions in the unit but I only received information three hours after I left. I found this a little stressful especially since the name on the “ contract” was Hideaway Cove and the actual building where the condo was was called Pirates Cove!
