The mini fridge door was rusty & bent. Wouldn’t shut fully. The try under the freezer part was filled with water. The alarm clock had a high pitch buzz even with volume off. Ver annoying and I had to unplug. One bed had a sheet which looked worn and distressed. Not all the light fixtures had bulbs in sockets. Some mold in the shower. Antonio at the desk came to my room right away to check the fridge and tv when that didn’t connect properly at first. No spare fridge.

Because of the eclipse prices all over were very high. I found this one for 109 which was the only affordable option for many miles. So that worked. The staff was very friendly: Antonio. Good location. The pool looked nice but I didn’t use it. Safe location it seemed. Easy parking. Close to shops and food.

Reception staff not welcoming, felt like it was a big effort to check us in. Sheets were worn to threads in places and blankets had holes in.

Almost everything. Staff was rude! They moved me around two times when I had slot of luggage to carry up stairs when I was downstairs already for two days. Place is falling apart. They say they have breakfast which is a lie. They have literally one kind of old stale cereal which is cheap Cheerios and stale muffin in a package. It sounded like mice, or rats where crawling or scratching at the wall at night. Cockroaches were everywhere!

The front desk lady was a little rude and seemed bothered all the time. My first room, the blinds were messed up, the smoke detector was hanging and covered in plastic and the air conditioner didn’t work.

The mattress felt more like a box springs. Extremely uncomfortable. The was only one washcloth and hand towel. The towels were old and very rough. The blankets were very old. It was literally a painful stay.

The room didn’t look like the pictures, and my bed had some small hairs and couch had some stains. The tub had chucks missing and the door had big scratches at the bottom, definitely not like the pictures. The room had a smell too it, just didn’t match the outside of the hotel in the rooms, definitely needs remodeling.

Although the ruins were not that plush the bed was the absolute worst perio. I have never experienced a mattress that was so horrible my husband and I both had a restless sleepless and painful night

Staff was unfriendly, hair was all over in the shower and bath. I looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Hair all over my pillow case which looked and smelt like it hadn't been changed. Huge chip in tile which could potentially be a safety hazard. Walls are so thin that I could hear the neighbor coughing all night.

The room is old, but freshened. The bathtub had some chips, faucets were worn from being cleaned so much. Pillows were flat.

The room was extremely clean. Keeping in mind, this is not the Hilton. The room was large, they offered free wifi, room fridge and microwave. It was conveniently located in downtown. A/C worked well. Also, had a pull out couch.

I would have been happier if three cars with Confederate Flags weren't driving up and down St George Blvd honking throughout the evening. I had an open mind about St George not living down to the reputation I had heard about... not so sure now. But that has nothing to do with the accommodation.

The bed sheets had stains a hair in them. Don't stay here. There had to be bugs. Traveling south, Barstow is only 4 hours away.

All the pictures were showing rooms that have been updated, however, my room was not updated. Yes, the sink was, but the beds were not and the carpet looked original. Breakfast was just coffee/tea and muffins. When you book certain hotels because they include breakfast, you expect waffles, toast, juices, bagels.

Location was great! Close to fast food and ice cream! Within walking distance to smiths grocery. Location is right on St. George Blvd. Its about a 15 min drive to Tuacahn. Its about 13 min from Snow Canyon State Park.
