The whole property smelled like stale smoke and old. The sheets were balled up and scratchy from feet and it was uncomfortable.

Outside smelled like an industrial garage. Arrived after dark and the parking lot was pretty full and kind of sketchy in places. Very dated bathroom fixtures, blankets.

Mostly clean. I like that the room had AC with alway- on fan option. Waffle maker for breakfast, coffee was good. Good hot water.

The rooms were outdated, and the beds were not comfortable. I'm pretty sure someone was trying to get into my room in the middle of the night. I kept waking up to the sounds of someone trying to unlock my door and turning my door handle. And the Continental breakfast sucked.

Lots of people who appear to live there. Door to the outside do not require a key card so that was a little unsettling. Needs some TLC on the inside.

Staff was great, hotel was clean, but not kept up super well if that makes sense. It is close to the airport and they allow long term parking cheaper than the airport and a shuttle for free.

Thought we were booking a suite with a separate bedroom, not a giant room with 3 beds. Kinda awkward

Staff was not rude, but not friendly either. Nothing to complain about but nothing to compliment either. I know you allow dogs, have a designated pet area. Dog crap was everywhere. Key pads were temperamental. Need better or more pillows.

Bummed that Jacuzzi was not working.

Cheap hotel (less than $70 online before taxes) with comfortable queen bed that allows dogs for $10 pet fee.

The carpet needs to be replaced- it was sticky and full of cigarette holes. The facility shows its age- despite nice bed and bedding, there are just lots of signs of age and fatigue. Hot tub is out of order and limited pool hours. Exercise room being used for storage. Advertises FREE Breakfast- NEEDS to clarify a Continental or limited Breakfast. The coffee was not good. Would be nice to add more tea options and hot cocoa.

It was adequate. Beds were comfortable and clean/ room was clean (except for the carpet.) Staff on the phone were polite/ in person were fine- looked tired and lacking enthusiasm. It was quiet enough- ran the fan to drown out freeway noise. Hot waffles were a nice surprise for a Continental Breakfast. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room, but I think that was lucky for us?

There was some sort of pill left on a nightstand. Only one of the four lamps worked (light bulbs burned out?). The faucet in the tub wouldn't shut off, and water ran all night. The exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom, and it had a damp feeling.

The location was ok, and the price was decent, too.

This hotel is very tired. Yes, my room had newer carpet but bathroom needs upgrading, toilet is way too low, the tv cable was terrible. Bad reception on quite a few channels The bed desperately needs a new mattress The pool was not opened, neither was the exercise room

The bathroom was not clean. There were people across the hall being loud. People (guests) out back were sketchy. I didn't feel comfortable letting my 13 year old walk to the car to get our stuff. The front counter guy was kind and helpful checking in but there was an issue when I booked online that it didn't register in thier system I had paid. The girl getting off shift was snippy with him instead of showing him or explaining the issue she talked down to him.

I liked the price and location. Breakfast was OK.

The pool looked filthy. I would not have swam in it for sure; didn’t want to dip my feet in.
