When I got there they quoted a different price for the room than I was originally quoted on the internet. The original room I reserved was on the 3rd floor and there was NO elevator. I have a bad back and am 89. I would NOT have reserved that room had I known it was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator.

Breakfast was O.K Room was coinvent.

A bit more attention to detail regarding cleaning. Found hairs on the floor in the bathroom and room. Breakfast was bare minimum. Perhaps something savoury should be provided.

Friendly check in staff. Room safe and coffee machine. Breakfast included.

I think that the cigarette disposal containers should be placed at least 20 feet from the entrances. That way everyone does not have to smell that odor every time they enter and leave the building.

Breakfast was fine and coffee and tea were available all day. It was wonderful to have a few exercise machine and a washer and dryer. This hotel was very clean.

Hardwood floors were hard on my feet. There was some unswept areas under the desk, along walls & behind the chair.

The stairs were less as I was on the split level. Breakfast was ok for the price; Loved the waffle maker.

The room was very dusty. I had to clean with a towel everything before we settle. I am very allergic to dust. The bathroom was not totally cleaned.

The location was great and the staff friendly and courteous.

The breakfast bar could have offered more_ like pastries and danish instead of just muffins and yogurt! The room bedding could have been better if it were a pillow-top mattress instead of memory foam, which felt like sleeping "in" the bed rather than on it. Checkout at * 12:00pm * would have been a much better option!

The view of Allegheny Mountain from the hill this motel was on was Great!

There was no where you could go from the front desk without going either up or down steps. This was very difficult for me, dragging a large suitcase and tote bags up and down steps. Even three steps is a lot with a heavy suitcase. Also, I had asked for a room with a handicapped accessible bathroom if one was available. When I checked in, I was told there was only one accessible room and that was taken. A motel with three floors of rooms should have, at the very least, one accessible room on each floor. Even if it's not possible to put walk-in showers in every bathroom, grab bars by the toilet and tub/shower would be a help. They're not that expensive. I know; I've purchased them for my own apartment.

Did not like the smoking area right outside the door to the non smoking rooms. The hallway reaked like cigarettes making it difficult to breathe as I'm on oxygen. If offering smoking areas outdoors they should be a distance from any entrance.

convienient location, clean room, beds comfortable, the only problem I had was whatever they use in the rooms to make them smell good makes me itch and I had a hard time breathing during the night. My head stuffed up terrible and I have a horrible headache today. Maybe they could cut back on the odor stuff because maybe some people have allergic reactions to smelly things

Need a table in room. Fix light in bathroom. Wouldn't always come on at times. Toilet was slow draining. Had to call for a plunger.

Breakfast was great! Staff was very helpful. Night clerk and morning clerk were great.

Had a few women hairs in the bath tub. Cleaners should be more detailed. AC was loud,nothing like a Holiday In which is so quiet.

Good, clean, maintained. In NY State S8 is horrible. It had AC on the holway. Nice carpets everywhere.
