Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWhen I got there they quoted a different price for the room than I was originally quoted on the internet. The original room I reserved was on the 3rd floor and there was NO elevator. I have a bad back and am 89. I would NOT have reserved that room had I known it was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator.

United StatesI think that the cigarette disposal containers should be placed at least 20 feet from the entrances. That way everyone does not have to smell that odor every time they enter and leave the building.
Breakfast was fine and coffee and tea were available all day. It was wonderful to have a few exercise machine and a washer and dryer. This hotel was very clean.

The room bedding could have been better if it were a pillow-top mattress instead of memory foam, which felt like sleeping "in" the bed rather than on it. Checkout at * 12:00pm * would have been a much better option!

United StatesThere was no where you could go from the front desk without going either up or down steps. This was very difficult for me, dragging a large suitcase and tote bags up and down steps. Even three steps is a lot with a heavy suitcase. Also, I had asked for a room with a handicapped accessible bathroom if one was available. When I checked in, I was told there was only one accessible room and that was taken. A motel with three floors of rooms should have, at the very least, one accessible room on each floor. Even if it's not possible to put walk-in showers in every bathroom, grab bars by the toilet and tub/shower would be a help. They're not that expensive. I know; I've purchased them for my own apartment.
The room was comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
