The wifi in our part of the Motel did not work. It worked very well near the front desk (and business center).

The Motel was very accommodating to two cyclists along the Erie Canal. A great stay. The front desk staff helped us with delivery food options, as there are some big hills between the Erie Canal bicycle trail, food options, and the motel.

When we asked if there was breakfast available the desk clerk responded "we have coffee left. Someone ate all the muffins." Meanwhile the breakfast room was set up with totally empty food trays and dispensers. This happened on a Friday morning at 8:45am . The management needs to do better at anticipating the needs of the patrons. This is not what we would expect from a Quality Inn.

The towels in my room were very well used where half of the towel was almost see through from wear and tear. Breakfast is still only grab and go

Better pillows would be a nice touch. No elevator which thankfully we packed light.

The price was right and location is right off the main road but feels secluded which was nice. It was a nice quite area. Front desk was very helpful with directions and advice on food in the area. The breakfast offered was prepackaged breakfast sandwiches you can heat up and a packaged dessert which was good. A nice surprise was the microwave and mini fridge in the room. It was simple, clean and a good price. Exactly what we wanted.

I arrived late and the room was at the rear of the building and had significant highway noise. As far away as the bottom of the stairway I heard unusually loud and vulgar conversation. Just my luck the "party" was in the adjacent room and across the hall. The next morning I overheard hallway conversations among the housekeepers and a subsequent brief direct discussion confirming that the "drunkfest" was even bigger than I had thought. There was mention of likely hangovers and etc. The guest behavior was not the fault of the hotel personnel and management. The "breakfast" was a joke.

The hotel is conveniently located just off of the NY Thruway. The room accommodations were good, spacious and somewhat luxurious.

We were in our room about 15mins and left again the cart was 2 rooms down and the room was open, I looked for her to let her know we were leaving again but couldn't find her She never came back Not a huge deal just surprised

There was kind of a musty smell to the whole facility, including in the room. This isn't uncommon in my recent experience with other hotels. I had a similar issue with my last stay and that was a hotel which cost me quite a bit more money.

There wasn't much available for breakfast but I didn't expect much to be honest. The main thing for the breakfast is there was always some hot coffee available in the morning so that was good, Dunkin is next door if you need a large. The room was nicely furnished, the pillows were soft and the mattress was comfortable. The room seemed to be recently renovated, the bathroom looked to be relatively new. I stayed there with my sons for three nights, with two in a bed you might bump elbows a bit but it's fine for a night or two. The room had a mini-fridge that worked out well for us, we made a run to Walmart on the first night, not too far away and left some drinks behind when we left (sorry housekeeping). The microwave is small but adequate and things were clean. TVs was good, Spectrum news was on, I kind of miss that at home since I don't get cable anymore. We were in town for Saratoga opening day and Howe Caverns the next, the drive to Howe Caverns was really nice, scenic route. The trip was good, if/when we're in town again I'd definitely consider staying at this hotel again. Good value for the money.
