Basic room nothing spectacular, granola bar and coffee is not what I thought I paid the extra $5.00 for. The location was on the strip like most of the other places

The toilet wasn't flushing. Even after fix, it didn't work.

The pool water was a bit cold..staff came in and opened door there to let condensation clear up however it was very windy and 45 degrees outside so it sucked all the cold air into pool house. Listing on website said they had adjustable beds and full breakfast including hot sandwiches. When we arrived was told breakfast was grab and go including juice granola bar and fruit. Bed was comfortable but not adjustable and very close to the wall you really didnt have room to move there.parking lot was so jam packed in the morning was tricky getting out.

Loved being on the beach!!! Room was dated but clean and the staff was friendly.

The carpet in our room (110) was disgusting. My socks were black on the bottoms. The bed was hard. The sheets had stains.

The rooms were small. I couldn't get my walker around the room. The pool needed painted and windows needed replaced. The pool room bathroom was filthy. Toilet paper and paper towels were not even put in the dispensers just sitting on the dirty counter. We got there on Thursday and the hot tub needed a lot of water added to it. It was Saturday morning before water was added. I wanted a room next to my daughter's room. So I had to go up and down the stairs. They were dirty with lots of spiders and webs. I had to hang onto the railing. I was not happy touching them. Some nails sticking up too. Not enough plugs to plug in our stuff. Breakfast was a joke, what there was of it.

The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. Loved the crown molding in the room. It is beautiful but not what we have ever seen in a hotel before. It belongs in an old victorian house. The beds were good. Your pictures were deceiving on the website.

well there was no breakfast except granolo bar and coffee. the room was ok. it needs to be fixed up alot. smoke detector was hanging on the wall. shower curtain ready to fall off. the place is old, needs alot of up dates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was upset there wasn’t an elevator . We are in our 80’s and the stairs weren’t easy for us. The worst part was the desk gal said there was a room available on the bottom floor but she couldn’t get permission to change our room!

We had a room on the beach side - screen broke. Patio dirty. The whole place could use a remodel. Showing it age. Pop machine outside our door didn't work and had cobwebs in it. No breakfast - got a ticket for one free breakfast. Bed was comfortable.

It was very dirty, bugs everywhere in the room and multiple items where broken and had to be fixed like the light was just hanging when we got in our room and the screen door for the balcony was broke. When taking a shower the water was ice cold the first night.

No cleanliness, flies in room, old paint on walls, smells, location is good walkable to beach and restaurants. Don't expect much from room but they need to maintain cleanliness when complained staff has to take action.

I booked there because breakfast was included. I asked where breakfast was being served and was told that breakfast was a granola bar. Had to spend over $ 100 at a breakfast buffet. This is very frustrating.

Housekeeper had not been in the room. I went to the office to ask for towels and was told housekeeper only came on request. The office lady said I should have been told that upon check in. I wasn't told anything when I checked in. She said she would put a request in for the next day. No housekeeper came. The room needed a very good ceiling to floor cleaning and window included. I stayed here last year and it was totally different.

Advertised a free breakfast and what it really was was a granola bar and coffee pack that you had to brew in your room. Not exactly a free breakfast. Very misleading in ad. Also the hot tub had yellowish water coming from the faucet. Hardly usable and one of the main reasons I chose this room. The pool area seemed pretty dirty and the pool itself looked dirty. I would not stay here again !
