It's a bit difficult to access from the main road. There were a couple of hairs in the shower and a used coffee pod in the coffee maker. There were no facial tissues. Upstairs from me was a noisy family that went to bed and there were train horns throughout the night. receptionists were terrible. The evening woman was in the phone to someone she knew while checking me in. The morning woman was in rough shape and said she was too sick to put out the breakfast. Giving her the benefit of the doubt that she was sick and not hung over, she should not have been at work taking a chance on spreading her germs to travelers.

The room was comfortable enough, had good TV options, and was for the most part clean.

Always book smoking room online, this time it didn't specify but there were other rooms that specifically said no smoking available which led to me going out in the cold and sitting in the car looking suspicious to others which definitely made me uncomfortable 😣🥵😣🥵.

I booked a smoking room and when I got there they gave me a nonsmoking one. When I told them about it they said they would straighten it out that afternoon. I went back to the office and they said they couldn’t do anything they were booked up. But I could pay extra and move to a double room. I thought that was the whole point of making a reservation, so you could get a room you want.

There were nightly trains with Lou and long whistles. Also the freeway is very close and there is traffic noise. The breakfast was inadequate.

If i could suggest one thing would be to shift the bathroom from the type of bathtub/shower that they have into simply having a large tiled shower area with a folding wood seat. I' a tall person at 6'3 and the shower area is rarely big enough for me to use without quite a bit of bending. The standard tub.shower interface is too short and narrow for folks like me

Room and beds had plenty of space and a number of shelves to use. A decent size mini fridge, and a good size television. The extra large counter at the bathroom sink was super nice to have.

The floor in this particular room had weak spots. The fridge was rusting and dripping rust at the bottom. The tub was moldy looking and dirt stained. Will still always stay here when I’m in town on a budget just some rooms are better well kept than others.

The location is perfect and I always stay here when I’m in town. It’s centrally located to all of my activities and all of the good restaurants are close by.

All of the staff was great except one guy. I thought he was a guest. One day, as my teenage daughters and I were walking into our, he was looking at my daughters like a pervert and was watching us go into the room. He got on his phone and left. Three days later, for breakfast, we noticed him at the front desk. He proceeded to ask questions like he didn't know we were staying there. I stated to him, "You saw us the other day because you were staring at my daughters." The staff member was from India or middle eastern

Whoever supposedly cleaned the room before we checked in, seemed like they only changed the sheets on the bed. There was a drink left in the refrigerator, the refrigerator was nasty, hair was everywhere on the floor including in the bathroom and all around the tub and inside the tub. There was also a shirt left in the room on the floor from whoever had the room before us

Each times I've stayed there the bathroom smells like urine. The cleaner isn't cleaning her tubs nor cleaning the commode they had died up urine on the base of the commode each times
