We did not stay. The front desk worker, Diana, was very rude. I simply stated after being asked how was deposit being paid, that i had debit card and room was booked and would not be charged until i got to hotel. Diana, very rudely states “no i will be charging you.” Umm isn’t that what I just said? Seems as if she had no experience with the booking process. We proceded to have a few words so that is when I canceled the stay. Will not give my money to a place of incompetent, rude, and nasty employees.

They didn't have coffee, just a small machine in the room that didn't work, and no coffee cups. I was told by the overnight person when I asked about the coffee to go next door and buy some. I guess I bothered him from being on his cellphone.

Be honest , not scam people. I’ve booked online , when I got there the lady told me we don’t have a 2 bedroom available, the website was quick to take my money but lied about the availability. While booking it says free cancellation. I could not cancel, had to take a one bed for 4 people

front desk clerk was drunk and very rude it’s in a horrible neighborhood drug transactions while I was taking my two month out of the car it was so uncomfortable

The room had a slightly unpleasant smell upon arrival. Check out was awkward with little communication, expression or gratitude from the staff.

The location is great. The hotel was in walking distance from our event, with tons of food options near by. The lobby was clean and our check in staff was extremely friendly!

Hotel room was slightly dirty when we checked in. The air conditioning leaked a significant amount of water and the whole room felt like there was too much moisture in the air. Everything felt slightly sticky.

The lighting in the room isn't the best. Right now, the breakfast option isn't great, but I'm sure after COVID restrictions lift, it'll be fine.

This is a budget, no-frills kind of place. It was perfect for what I needed. The hotel was close to an event I was going to and not too far from the Midway airport. The room was very simple, but I really liked having a microwave and fridge in there. Some reviews say it isn't clean and customer service is rude. I didn't experience that at all. It's not a fancy place, but they definitely clean. I saw and heard them cleaning while I was there. The front desk helped me with every question I had. Check in and out was easy.

The breakfast was grab and go. But just a cheese danish and greek yogurt. (But Thats okay. It’s acceptable as they are following Covid guidelines)

It was a good stay. I was searching something very near to Chicago downtown but everything was overpriced. Luckily got this booking and it was not bad. Just 30 mins from downtown. Reached there at 11 pm and the person at reception was kind and professional. The corridor and the hotel was really clean. The room was also clean and had all the needed amenities. There was breakfast too.

The property was outdated the photos shown of the hotel had to have been taken when the hotel was new and the hotel looks to be 30 years old the furniture is well worn the mattress is hard and worn the carpet is soiled with dirt the bathroom light did not work properly the shower literally was detached from the wall there were hats flying in the room. The cleaning staff never made it to my room the whole seven days I was at the hotel even though I went to the front desk and requested cleaning service they never came in seven days the breakfast was minimum but it was good that there was at least something there the luggage rack was on a flat Rusty brought it to the hotel staff attention they paid me no attention it was almost impossible to bring my luggage in the hotel with the cart because it was on a flat and I didn’t realize that the cart was flat until I actually packed my luggage on it. I think the rate is too expensive for what you get. there were some undesirable occupants.

The location was really good and close to the midway international airport which is where I was flying out of.

I stayed at the hotel 7 days they never ever cleaned my room even after I went to the front desk to request that my room be cleaned. The luggage cart was on a flat which made it nearly impossible to use for your luggage. I brought it to the front desk attention and they ignored me. some undesirable occupants. although they serve breakfast which was nice but it was very unsanitary people were coughing in their hands not washing their hands the front desk had no interest in keeping things clean and sanitary. The photos of the hotel look better than the actual hotel and the room the carpet was soiled and dirty the TV looked as though it was playing by a Monitor. The walls were thin you could hear the next-door guest in your room very unpleasant.
