The hotel is a little outdated.

The price is good. We felt that the location was safe. Room was clean. It is a good option for a place to shower and sleep.

I didn't like that the shower head leaked and spayed everywhere as well as the toilet leaking. The most important thing I did not like was that they took a $100 security deposit that makes no sense for a hotel to do. And then when you check out next day, they told me that I will get security deposit back in 5-7 business days. Now when you rent a house or something like that, when they take security deposit, they actually give it back same day you move out. They never even said there was a security deposit until you check in but at last minute when you are paying. Now my account is over drawn from this. I needed my security deposit back, and still do, like rite now would be great.

Mostly everything, the bed was comfortable. The room was nice and clean.

My deposit was withheld and has not yet been returned. Which is very strange for a hotel of this level. A night's stay costs less than the deposit amount.

The room had ants and bugs. The first room we were given already had someone in it, and I opened the door to be surprised by the chain on the door. I went back to the desk to get another room assigned to us. We had no choice but to stay there for night, but the next day, we checked out.

The location was good, it was near to the places we were going to.

The hotel is just very run down. A lot of things need to be worked on. My door wouldn’t even close all the way to my room unless I slammed it multiple times. The door looks like it was barely holding on along with the phone and the clock not working and multiple people had the same complaints as me while I was staying there. Some peoples rooms didn’t have phones or anything at all. Everyone had issues with the doors to their rooms not locking. That is unacceptable especially with the price of how much we pay

Breakfast was lacking here. They had a few options but not much variety. Even though the staff was very helpful, the power continued to go out in the breakfast area meaning waffles, toast, etc. and had continued to shut off on us when they were all running at the same time.

We stayed here because a friend's wedding was close. There were a lot of options in the area, within 30 minutes walk, for food which was great; however, we did have to drive everywhere. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were fantastic, everyone we dealt with was very kind and helpful. In the future, we will probably stay closer to the city but if this area is where you need to be then this was a fine hotel.

The room I had was a no smoking room, yet there was a strong smell of cigarettes.

The parking was on-site and you could see you vehicle at all times.

Our bathroom was TERRIBLE. The vent didn't work at all. The shower plumbing was coming out of the wall, literally. The toilet barely flushed. So make sure your bathroom works or get a different room. We went labor day weekend for a festival and get that they were booked but cmon. I'd probably return

The location is in a great area with many restaurants and fuel stations. Our rooms had nice fridges and microwaves and a/c was cold. The breakfast options were good enough.

Someone kept banging on the door next to us at 12am for like 3 minutes and 2am again. My son was scared. Sometimes you can hear other people as you pass their rooms.

I'm pretty simple, and all the basics were met. There were a lot of tv options. Quiet place. Roomy. Breakfast.

Spending my hard earned money and not get what I payed for.

My reservations was for 2 beds and only got 1. The hotel was sold out and wouldn't accommodate my reservation and it was already paid for. I contacted Booking com and no one has contacted me back either.

TV reception/service made me think I traveled back in time to the 70s. Building seems old and has a musty smell. Fine for one night, but I wouldn't stay much longer. Needs serious work.
