The night clerk (Brett I think) is awesome. We have stayed there a few times but only once or twice a year and he always remembers us. He is also super friendly and great with all guests.

seemed like someone was training a new staff member at the front desk and i had to wait for the new person to be shown how to do everything. the process of check in with these 2 could have taken less time if the person training would have just let the new person watch instead of telling them step by step. and i was very tired from driving all day and yesterday.

literally, stopped here for sleeping. I didn't use anything else here. just a very sleepy traveler. arriving to this location the property seemed clean. they were currently working on the pool, so no swimming allowed. gotten to my room; the bed was comfortable, big king bed, clean, open floor plan feeling. I slept for about 18 hours. couldn't hear anyone next door. check out was fast and simple. loved how this location was soo close to the highway. and you didn't have to drive far to find it.

My only complaint is that the hallways smell like dog. It wasn’t overpowering but it was definitely noticeable.

The breakfast bar was amazing. Your staff is extremely kind and courteous and helpful. The bed was so comfortable no complaints there.

The room I initially booked was adjusted and we went from 3 queens to a king and one queen. The room was hot and took forever to cool down due to the extreme temperatures we are having. If we were not a late checkin then we could of adjusted temp and found something else to do for awhile. The bathroom especially tub had hair in it soit could of used a little more attention. Even with these concerns we would stay here again.

Hotel was easy to locate and check in process went smoothly. Beds were comfortable and we give the pillows a high rating.

The room could use a DEEP cleaning. Corners in the bathroom were filthy. Overall the room looked dated and tired. Including the bathroom. Linen service was done daily and was great. No privacy draperies on the windows, all you could do was pull the blackouts. Then it was dark inside. No outside area to sit. Pool was closed.

Front desk staff was friendly, housekeeping staff was great. Front desk helped us find a mechanic to fix the air conditioning on our car. Very convenient to a Walmart.

Rooms weren’t clean. (We booked two)Dust on chairs and carpet in one room, like the room hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The rooms smelled really bad. Didn’t get the rooms we selected. I had searched for pet friendly and the rooms I selected were apparently not for pets. Got stuck in the last rooms that were for pets. Only had pets in one room but had both reservations moved to different rooms. Definitely need to make it clearer that the hotel is only partially pet friendly when people book. Pool was closed for remodeling.
