Towels could have been better. They were thin, worn , scratchy and small. One day, our room was not made up. The breakfast was very limited. The OJ was watery. However, the coffee was good.

We enjoyed the location just off of the main freeway. Our room was very quiet. The room size was very good. The bed and pillows were comfortable.The TV was good. The refrigerator worked without any noise. We loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturizer in the shower/bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

The floor in the room was dirty the walls in the restroom were dirty and you can hear everything and everyone in the hallway, as well as the washer and dryer early in the morning.

Front desk lady was very nice and accommodating. The fridge and microwave were very useful.

No bottles of water in the vending machine! I was able to get water from the dining area water cooler as I did have a container to put it in.

The complimentary breakfast was mid at best. Yogurt spotted bananas toast packaged cinnamon rolls and a waffle machine. Not so much a Continental Breakfast, but more a celebration of carbohydrates. Like all the items you would donate during a food drive. All that was missing was a can of pumpkin pie mix from 2011. I don’t mind getting in steps, but heads up no elevator. Super fun when you travel and pay for dogs. The pool is solar powered and maintains a robust 65 degree temperature, perfect for daily ice plunge to burn that brown fat.

The breakfast was disappointing. Most American hotels with free breakfast disappoint but this was on the low end of that. The only protein was yogurt and then ran out. There was no milk only dry creamer. The pastries were dry bagged items. If we had more time, would have gone to Denny's for breakfast. Just don't count on this place for "breakfast." Also, a cigarette burn in the bottom sheet.

It was near where we needed to be. The staff were pleasant. The room got reasonably dark.

Room could use update. Drawers didn't open. (Broken) Lamp shade torn. Carpet felt unclean. Sink had a big crack.

I was in handicap room on first floor. Good location. But TV was fairly small and captions kept going in and out. There are 3 floors and no elevators which surprised me because the price was high for a building of that age and lack of amenities. Popcorn ceilings, patches of missing paint, rusting bolts on toilets meant the refurbishment was cosmetic only.

Bed was comfortable; room decor was nice. Front desk staff very helpful.

I prefer an outdoor entrance to each room, it makes loading so much easier. But all in all, it's not to bad on the ground floor.

Breakfast was good, could have used some protein. Not sure if there was any and I missed it.

The price was pretty high for the facility and location. We understand that it was a college graduation weekend. However, we paid the same price for a much better hotel in San Diego on the bay with beautiful views.

The breakfast was good. The location was difficult to find because the facility is behind two others without clear signage.

The smell in the hallway. And one room we had smelled from cigarette smoke - even though it was a non smoking room. The smell in the hallway is pretty bad and stinky. It actually smells like someone is smoking marijuana - but not fresh nor does the odor go away. Maybe Super 8 could use some really good air fresheners! in the hallway!

The location of this Super 8 is perfect for us when traveling to Chico. The location is close to the freeway but not freeway loud. The rooms are always clean. The outside area is kept up. There is a Denny restaurant within walking distance.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Nothing but breads. Juice machine broken. Only two towels for two people for 3 days?

There was an option upon booking to add a crib free of charge. I received a confirmation email my request had been approved. When I arrived I was told the hotel doesn’t have cribs…I was told I can add a rollaway bed at an additional charge, then they offered to wave the charge, but a rollaway bed would be the same issue as a bed with a 2 yr old. Pool was closed, motel 6 next door was open
