We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I liked that based on the reviews I read regarding the unit being clean and no bugs was great. Then to arrive and really feel like my room was clean with no bugs was great. I would stay again and will tell others traveling this way. We travel with our dog so the rooms with the exterior doors are great. A tad loud being off the main drag, but the comfy bed let me fall asleep easily. Even though we bring our own pillows I liked the pillows and are going to put them in a cabin rental I have in the Smoky Mountains.

The rooms were clean and the handicap room was easy to get around. We also appreciated an area to relieve the service dog I traveled with. Kim was wonderful at check in as well. Very quick drive from Tulsa.

If I cd give this location a negative 10 I wd. The room stank - it was like the AC was not working properly - everything was “wet”. The one washcloth that was in the bathroom looked dirty, like someone had wiped their shoes with it. I have stayed in other Super 8’s before and they were better and cleaner. Will never stay in this one again. Desk clerk claimed it was bc of the humidity and heat! No - the AC was not working properly and the breakfast was disgusting!

This has got to be one of the best stays we've ever had. Front desk, Kimberly and Amanda, were friendly and very helpful. Hotel is super clean and updated. Allowed for our fur baby and had a special grass area. Breakfast was simple but well kept. We will definatley return!

United States1. Parking was terrible. Just not enough room for parking. 2. The hotel added on a $4 charge to the Booking.com rate which they said was for COVID Cleaning. I called to complain. They said they would refund the $4 charge but they didn't.
