Room 105 had 2 missing light bulbs and the main ceiling light fixture was gone. Bed was a bit hard.

Location was good, right off the interstate next to a waffle house. Priced well. The lady at the front desk was great. The rooms were clean. Free breakfast is at 7, but I can't say anything about quality as I left before then. Overall good stay, well worth the price.

The room was sooo small for 3 people. The bathroom was dirty..the floor was so dirty. I booked a room with a pull out couch but there was only a chair in there. Had to go back down and ask for a roll a way bed for my daughter.

All but one employee was fantastic. The room we stayed in was a connecting room to the office. I am dusabled and requested a handicapped accessible when making my reservation thru hotels.com. when we arrived at the hotel I was told that the hotel was not required to honor reservation requests and that mine was not being honored because i used hotels.com. I was then told that they were completely booked and had no rooms available. The employee was very kind and offered us a room that was "generally used fir employees and had avroom.on the second flor for my 2 teenagers. At about 12:30-1:00 a.m. I couldn't deal any longer with the EXTEMELY loud, what sounded like a party noise coming thru the walls. I went to the front office and asked for a reprieve from the noise in order to sleep. The manager on duty started YELLING at me and told me shevwould be happy to find us a room at a different hotel. Shocked and offended I asked for her name (she wore no identification) she blatantly refused and continued to yell at me. I went back to my room and miraculously the noise stopped. As I promised the so called manager a complaint has been filed.

Signs in multiple places saying no smoking, but some doors reeked of cigarette smoke, and butts carpeting the ground around the doors. And the no-refund cancellation policy using booking.com. I had reservations for the previous weekend as well. 2 days before our trip, my mother was hospitalized and we had to cancel. I called the hotel and they were perfectly ok with canceling short notice. But Booking.com just pointed out the policy about cancellations. After this, I am done using Booking.com, and I can’t recommend the site to anyone.

Pretty much the least expensive option. Room rates not over inflated for the soccer tournament like other locations.

Beds and pillows were hard. There was a potato chip on the floor in our room from previous guest.

Location and staff were good. For a full hotel the check-in was a little slow. But she was doing her best and kept apologizing for the delays.

Our room could’ve been cleaned and fresh towels given. Breakfast could’ve had more variety for kids.

We stayed for 3 nights and never once got our room cleaned. Breakfast was bread and a premade waffle, 2 cereals (Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran) and bananas. Had a scent spray outside our room that was irritating to the eyes. Great location and staff was goos. Only complaint was we had to ask for fresh towels and was told that our room would be cleaned and it never got done.

Staff at the front desk(Jamie?) was very pleasant and helpful. I was disappointed in the condition of the halls and area by back door. Grout in the bathroom is disgusting. Extra floor tiles stacked outside by the back door. Thought grounds etc, would be neater for $148 per night.

The location and price was really good. It was about 30-40 minutes from Cardinal Stadium and about an hour from Mammoth Cave National Park. The employees at the front desk were super friendly.
