My friend and I were concerned with the behavior of the male employee. He had asked us if we had boyfriends and proceeded to ask us if it was going to be the two of us alone in the room even after confirming the reservation for two. This made us very uncomfortable. There were another time as well.

The property is old and worn out. Not a great location however the cafe across the street was good. It’s fine if you are looking for a cheap place, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Breakfast was very chintzy…next to nothing. Stingy with towels..had to ask two nights out of 4. Inside of the toilet was clean but the outside of the toilet had pee from just under the bowl to the floor and down one side upon arrival. I cleaned it my self with wipes.

me and a few coworkers stayed here my experience is you most definitely get what you pay for but the owner vjay/victor will try to pull a fast one on you if you're not paying attention. if he says one thing he might mean another. such as leaving my food in the room for the weekend and he charged me two extra days because I had food there. even though I asked him twice if it was ok because I was coming back Monday and both times he said "that's fine bro all good bro" they would clean my room every two to three days at times and also took my washrag I brung from home. I use to stay here for work multiple times because it was cheap but after this last experience I will not. my coworkers experience is he tried to charge him more then he already paid and other coworkers asked for extra towels and never got them. I myself will not stay here again because of him lying to your face saying things are good and fine but charge you more the hotel itself is good for the price which cheap gets you a cheap experience. The quality inn is 2 minutes down the road and for almost 20 more dollars for a 5 night stay it was totally worth it.

Everything. They booked our rooms out. While trying to figure how that happened a shirtless maintenance man walked into the lobby working on stuff. The place smelled bad. I had confirmation emails and the man up front said, “sorry. We can’t help. We have no rooms”. And didn’t attempt to help with the situation.

Just don't. I booked & paid for my 3 room reservation in May for my September trip. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, I was told that they only had 2 rooms available for me. Obviously, I was not happy since I had paid for 3 back in May. I explained to him (Vijay/Victor) that I need the 3 rooms I had booked 3! He was unable to meet my reservation needs. I had to call booking.com to try to fix the issue. I knew there weren't other options since this was the rodeo weekend, and I had chosen this place since it was the only place available back in May. So the lady I talked to at booking.com was unable to help me find new rooms. The best the place could do was give me my 3rd room the next day. I was expecting my last of my party later in the night, so we're we able to delay their arrival til the next day. The front desk told me it should be ready around 11. The rest of my party arrived at 730AM. The front desk was able to give them their room at that time (but not the night before?!?!). Come to find out that the motel has a contract with the railroad, so if someone comes in that needs a place to stay, they give other reservations away. We watched them turn away another couple the next day, same way no availability. It's a completely unacceptable way to run a hotel, especially with no notification that your rooms are not available. We traveled 3 hours to be there. Vijay/Victor was no help for anything. He would sit there and laugh at us for being so mad. NOW... let's talk about the rooms... filthy, nasty bathrooms with rings of dirt on and inside the toliet, sticky door handles, hair in the sink and around the faucet, Fingerprints on the headboards, cigarette burn hole in one of the blankets, stains on the white mini-fridge and microwave, and doors didn't latch well. I went out to buy my own bleach wipes, so I could personally wipe down the entire room. It was like someone just left, and they just remade the bed.

The accommodation was very bad due to a reservation for a king size bed and received a full sized bed at check in. The mattress was very bad quality and the room was supposed to be non smoking but you could still smell the smoke odor. We left at 10:45 that night and just drove home and just chalked it up as a bad experience.

The shower was stone cold, in the evening and next morning. I let it run almost 10mins both times without luck. Oddly the bathroom sink had hot water. Staff were not around. ‘Breakfast’ looked sketchy so ate at the diner across the road.
