I’m a Wyndham Rewards member and they couldn’t find my info. First room I was given wasn’t clean. Second room Couldn’t turn on the shower. Too corroded. Elevator bottom stuck on 3rd floor Heater made room hot then cold Remote for tv didn’t work used controls on tv but only could get a couple channels Breakfast was very poor

Upon checking in room was dirty. We opened the door and was discussing other hotel options . roaches came up from the refrigerator , it was places inside a wooden stand. Took 30 min to check out and be given a refund. The staff didn't appear shocked about the unwanted tenants. Thankfully we didn't just drop bags and go on our motorcycle as we normally do We went to another hotel.

frishning the rooms two times dayly could make a difference and make sure no one smokes in the rooms and make the hotel no pet friendly but i will recomend someone to stay i will say to the staffs keep up the great jobe they are doing

i like the quitness but housing keeping is lacking it could have been better if the room was spray with air frishner and wifi was very poor but other than that everything went well the staffs are very helpful

Low budget hotel. Questionable people all around the property, one guy was sleeping out front on the rocks. Not upkept. Room smelled like cigarettes.

It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever walked into. when we went to our room it was totally dismembered. beds were literally up against the wall and all linens were on the bathroom floor!!! it was absolutely horrific!!! if I could give this hotel a negative rating I would!!!! it needs to be shut down!!!!

Sadly the room was a shambles. Stained curtains, broken door, lamps without light bulbs, no Kleenex or soap, shampoo or conditioner, safety door lock broken, bathtub stained and looked dirty.

I didn’t end up staying at this property. I called early and confirmed an early check in time but, upon arrival the staff told me they didn’t have any rooms and had no record of my confirmed early check in. Friends and I needed to check early to get ready for a wedding we were in town for. The staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. I ended up staying at the hotel across the street

I didn't like anything about my stay. The room was gross, things were stained, hinges off of a door, the bathtub was disgustingly stained, the headboard was coming off the wall and the door barely shut without having to slam it

When you walk in the front lobby looks like it had been renovated and so i thought alright this might be good. As I was checking in the manager and I were talking and he said he would put me into a newly refurbished room well I went to my room and it was nice looking the problem was it was very dirty,so I went and he put me in another. The next room was a bit dusty but not dirty like the previous how ever I found a bug and im no bug expert but it looked like a cockroach. So I called the front desk had him come up and he saw it and said he would upgrade my room to a king suite. That was the worse room out of all of them it was discussing. Finally got to the last room and it was the best. I did use some hot soapy water and rag and wipe down everything to make myself feel better. There were no refunds so thats why I did not just demand my money back. He took 20$ off my stay. I would have been happy with all of my money back. I will never stay there again. Hopefully this post will save alot of people from going through the hell I went through.

The manager was the best part of the stay, He was extremely friendly. He tried very hard to fix the issues at hand.
