We couldn’t watch TV, there was no signal. We notified the front desk and they told us it was going to be fixed, it never did. In the morning it was hard to have breakfast because it was busy and the single front desk was trying to do everything. It kept running out of everything.

I wanted to check in early and they said I could… but I needed to pay first. I was going to pay cash but still needed to go to the bank. They had my credit card on file. I’ve always used a card to secure the room and then paid when I checked out. Decided to go to lunch and come back. When we came back, there was a sign saying they would be back in 15 minutes, but we had no idea when it was put there. We waited for almost 30 minutes for someone to come check us in.

I was assured it was a quiet room. However it was next to the lobby and elevator so there was a good amount of noise until the place quieted about 10:00 pm.

Breakfast was fine. Waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal. The usual good variety. Comfortable bed with super nice linens. Huge walk-in shower. The young woman at the desk who greeted me on arrival was very nice and helpful.

The pillows smelled like someone didn't wash their hair. Luckily there was one among the four that didn't smell bad. The floors are not carpeted so you can hear people walking in the rooms above you as well as rolling suitcases and carts. The toilets are loud so you will know when your neighbors are done with their personal business. About 11:00 at night the hotel decided to drag furniture across the wood floor in the room behind my head and use power tools. It sounded like they were changing tires. I know it was the hotel because when I got up to complain the desk agent was at the door and he explained that they were fixing something. I told him I was trying to sleep and they stopped working. Unfortunately, I was so angry that I couldn't get back to sleep for about a half hour. I got up late for breakfast, thanks to the night noise, so most of the breakfast items were gone. Well, it was cheap.

The location was nice, the temperature was comfortable and the bed was comfortable. The television had a good selection of channels.

It was difficult finding the entrance sign. But we finally figured it out. It might’ve been that I was tired and it was late at night when we arrived.

When we got into our room there were some very small bugs coming from the drain of the shower. They looked like baby and grown fruit fly bugs. There was a spot on the duvet covers that had a yellow stain on them. Other than that, the place was clean. The place had dish tv and didn’t have a tv where a streaming network could be watched. It would’ve been nice to at least link our phones to the tv to share the streaming networks from our phones. But the cable shows were decent enough to get through the night.

The location was conveniently off of the freeway and was surrounded by different shops and food spots.

Bed could be more comfortable .

The location- a TON of EV CHARGERS are right across the street ! Right next to the outlets. Staff was friendly, parking was convenient, Dennys right next door.

No complaints from me

The beds were very soft as well as the pillows. The staff was both respectful and professional yet also helpful in a decent way. I recommend staying here for the why the hotel is kept both clean and full of warmth for the weary traveler. For someone coming from about 4 hours away it was a welcome spot to lay my head due to the services available and the location which is close to alimst everything a traveler needs for his or her stay.

Comfortable and pleasant -- great for an overnight stay if you're en-route to another destination. It's also located right by a Denny's, which makes access to food easy when you've just arrived in (or about to leave) Gilroy.

they say they serve breakfast but it was white bread and make waffles, two kinds of dry cereal and oatmeal one day and coffee is horrible the second day breakfast was more bread choices, cereal, waffles, oranges, yogurt but the hot plate still stays empty so no hit breakfast which is what I was expecting a towel rack would be a bonus

Breakfast food varieties can be improved. The bed mattress is too soft. The Aircon is not working well and noisy. The guests upstairs have children running around the room from evening until 11.30pm still not slept yet!!!

Location is good and convenient to go Gilroy Premium Outlet and several restaurants nearby. Renovated rooms is a plus point!

Noisy people in the next room. Yelling screaming kids, noisy toys at 1am. The facility itself was okay but the horrible people which were right behind the reception desk should have been thrown out.
