They no longer serve breakfast, despite online saying they serve it. We were told "Hardee's has good buiscuts." Drunk parties had broken beer bottles on the top tier sidewalk/balcony.

I volunteer for an event on Lake Guntersville every year. This is close to where I have to meet staff and other volunteers. It's also the cheapest, as they have not decided to capitalize on the event yet.

Electrical outlet by the bed, while functional was not secured in the wall. There was nowhere to hang clothes on hangers. There was no chair for the desk/table. Very minor stuff for the price. Road noise was passable.

The clerk insisted that I take a second floor room because the second floor was already mostly refurbished compared to first floor. The room looked really good clean vinyl flooring great looking furniture and linens. The mattress was excellent. Restroom was clean and everything worked as it should with good water pressure and temperature from the shower. I would absolutely stay here again. When renovations are complete I'm sure it will exceed expectations.

Nothing to do in Guntersville for miles around. Just the big chains, Arby's Wendy's McDonald's Walgreens Subway DQ KFC ...

Just a regular motel, conveniently situated, free parking. Some good supermarkets just opposite the road.

The room wasn't what I reserved and there was not a blanket on the bed, just a top sheet.

The bed was really comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The clerk gave me no hotel information; no wifi info, lobby info, breakfast info, etc. I arrived at 8 pm and left at 6:40 am and the lobby was never open during my stay. The room had no hair dryer and no extra blanket. The door closed poorly but I do believe the lock secured it. It appeared that perhaps some rooms are occupied by permanent residents which might turn off some guests. The dumpster was close to the building and over-filled and over-flowing with trash on the ground around it.

The room was comfortable and clean and the location excellent. The shower had nice hot water and good pressure. The TV worked well (I've stayed in some hotels where I never could get the TV to work). The AC was in good working order as well. For the price it's a good place for an overnight stay while on the road.

it’s close to everything. you can see beautiful lake Guntersville from the right side of the parking lot. the rooms that have been remodeled are beautiful!

Just about every time I went to the window no one would come. When I got there they said to give them an 30 min to an hour and it still wasn't ready. But I think they are short staffed and trying to update and remodel the rooms

the road noise. this is, unfortunately, unavoidable based on the location.

there was no breakfast, not major but it was listed on the web site when i booked. they are undergoing renovations right now. For the value it's still a great place to stay.

The room needed serious upgrades. The buttons on the hvac unit were missing, the tub faucet ran when the shower was engaged, and there was a huge gap under the door of the room, letting in cold air.

It was clean and did not smell of stale cigarettes.

Lady at front desk was rude.

Overall this motel did what it was meant to do which was provide a place for us to sleep, shower, and use the restroom. Our room was clean which was probably the most important thing. The lady at the front desk was rude and kept insisting on my friend and I getting a smoking room when I asked for a nonsmoking. She threatened to check our room and said she was going to charge me $200 if there were any signs of us smoking. From what we saw there was one drink machine, an ice machine, and a washer and dryer. Long story short, would I stay here again? Probably not. It’s an okay place that was cheaper than the other options so maybe you could say I got what I paid for. By the way breakfast is cereal.
