Room, breakfast, sketchy neighborhood

Shittyyyyyyy Carpet all stained People asking for money when u leave the room Pool closed Breakfast had cereal but no milk. Waffles but no syrup. Shower didn’t drain. Horrible.

As we were settling in, my wife found a bed bug. We quickly packed up, took the bug to the counter and asked for a refund. The last said my card has not yet been charged and would clear off my pending account by morning. I woke up in a hard to find hotel, due to not having reservation.... And found my card has been charged, I am still waiting on my refund. Morning manager was called about the charge and was very rude. If I do not have my refund by Tuesday morning I will file with the BBB as well as a law suit for my refund.

Lady at counter was very understanding.

You could tell everything was old. The pictures that were shown on this site were wrong. It stunk.

Upon initial check in and inspection, the furnishings in the room were badly worn. They pull out couch sheet had dried blood along with the mattress. (Even if the sofa had have been clean there were no blankets or pillows.) At this point there was a very large cockroach seen.( larger than a quarter, for sure) We immediately asked for a complete refund. The clerk made many Excuses but did refund immediately. The parking lot of the facility was very poorly lit. I honestly would not feel comfortable with my wife or daughter being alone in the parking lot.

The location was easy to find. The lobby was newly renovated and clean.

We tried to check in at 2:47 but were told we would have to pay $30 for early check in since it was not 3:00. even though our room was ready. When you're tired from driving and have to go back and sit in the car for 12 minutes it's a little frustrating. Poor customer service.

The carpets are seriously bad! Need replaced!! We were falsely accused of damage to our room and weren't given a discount on the room after having to be moved to another room due to an incident that occurred while we were away for the day!

Breakfast was not what was advertised. No protein foods offered. Opened late.

The carpets in our room was completely stained up we had towels that had makeup still on them that was not clean it was not clean the doors had dirt fingerprints all up-and-down the bathroom doors and on the light switches it seemed like the room had not been cleaned at all and there wasn't very much option to choose from a breakfast is mainly just waffles oatmeal, cereal. The desk person didn't seem to care that we had a towel with makeup on it. Had complained about a group of guys a few doors down partying outside their room left beer caps and bottles out cigarettes in walk way. Desk person said it was their contractors.. but didn't try to address their loudness and partying.

There was food left in the fridge that wasn't mine. The carpeting was stained. Went to breakfast at 9 and was already closed, awful early.

The front desk staff was great.

There was broken glass on the bathroom floor. The couch felt wet from a muggy environment.

The rooms smelled bad. Mine smelled musty and damp, and my friend's room smelled like cigarettes. I had trouble sleeping, thinking about how I was inhaling the musty air. There were also no sheer curtains to let light in but prevent people from seeing in, so we either had to be in the dark or be visible to strangers. The breakfast had cereal but no milk -- maybe this was because we were in there early though.

The pool was nice, though the pool area had only one umbrella.

Has roaches still charged me $82 even though I wasn't comfortable staying there. We weren't even in the room a hour and we saw roaches. That's not something I would want to bring home to my baby.

The desk person loanedd me a "box" so I could charge my cell phone.

Room was not the one promised at booking, poorly cleane. Cancellation of the advertised continental breakfast was not mentioned, which I found out in the morning, too late to seek it elsewhere due to time constraints.

The ac wasnt all that great the room got hot at night. The gates to outdoor pool were broke so only way to get to outdoor pool area was to get into indoor pool swim thur a open in a panel.

Room was dirty Breakfast was dreadful. Asked to change room because the room we had was smoke filled but this did not happen. They attempted to clean the room for the second night which improved the smell

It was very dirty. I requested a non smoking room and got a smoking one, there was blood on the bed, the carpets were absolutely disgusting.. I asked to get a different room and the woman at the desk was great and got me a different room without a problem. The new room was just as dirty, minus the smell of smoke and the blood stain. My bed had hair in it and the sheets had some kind of stains. I used my t shirt as a pillow case and a towel for a blanket since I didn’t bring my own..

wasn’t warned about the construction going on . and pool was being worked on . and not told about that either . extremely loud place and all construction workers with their lorry’s starting up from 5am did t get one wink of sleep . and they still cheekily charged me for the night when I didn’t sleep at all
