Clearly the breakfast. Most hotels in this price range offer a true hot breakfast. Yours does not.

The location is not great. Hardly anything around. A drive is required to find any shopping or eating of any kind. The breakfast was not good. the curtains need to be longer to keep out light. The coffee was bad. It always tasted burnt and nasty. This hotel has the potential to be very good if some effort was taken for the details that make a hotel exceptional.

The property was kept in good shape. Clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel manager was great.beds were good. The hallways were very clean.

No breakfast sandwiches laid out, would have to ask for them. No microwave in room, no water in vending machine, ac didn’t cool as it should. Ex: set to 60° and it was still not cold enough. Air Felt warm to touch, didn’t like the back door wasn’t locked and it didn’t require a room key to get in even though there was a sign that indicated a key was needed to enter. Right off the highway so it got a little noisy at night with the trucks and cars driving by. Could hear other guest in their rooms, ex: walking around, closing/opening doors. Drain cover wasn’t secured, could just take off without effort

It was clean and cozy. Front Desk was always so friendly and helpful. Free breakfast. Easy to find location. Lots of parking. Water pressure was great and water got really warm. Staff was very attentive.

Stayed there 2 times and paid $200.00 security depot. After a month did not receive my security deposit back. Will not stay there again

Our room was very nice. I love the laminate wood floors- so much healthier than carpet. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked fine and wasn’t terribly noisy. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was just what we expected - fruit, cereals, protein, pastries, coffee, etc . It was especially nice to see Chobani yogurt! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When I asked the front desk clerk for a receipt for the $100 room deposit, she told me she couldn’t give me one because I booked online. She told me it would be refunded to my account by Wednesday. She was quite rude. I also had to wait for a room because the room I booked had supposedly flooded that day. I was told I was going to be upgraded to a room with a living room but when they finally had a room available, it was a regular room.
