It said included breakfast last, but there was no breakfast only coffee and no milk. We ordered no smoking room both rooms were smoked in and had ciaggarrette burnt marks on bedding. One was unbearable to be in and we had to switch because you couldn't breathe from smoke.

Beds were big, clean and comfy and so was the bathroom and looked in really good shape..

Carpet was soggy wet by the desk and room cooler. Carpet did not feel nor appear clean n room. No breakfast is provided yet write up indicated there is. It appears homeless people walk up out of tall grasses that grow on east side of parking lot. I think they enter the building and staff must keep an eye on them. Microwave turn- plate did not fit well and was dirty or stained on bottom but heated food well.

There was no breakfast, only coffee and coffee pot was empty the morning l went down for it. I used single cup coffee maker in my room the other mornings and it worked very well. Towels and bed linen were clean, although mattress sheet did not fit the bed. The room was very quiet, day and night. Easy parking provided quick access to lobby, rooms and stairs. Refrigerator and Microwave worked well.

First off, the parking lot was dirty and there was glass in several parking spots. Checking in was easy. You could see the second floor from a broken/open window in the hallway from outside and could see ceiling tiles missing. When we walked into the room, the door was stuck, everytime we opened or closed it, we'd have to do it with force. The room wasn't terrible but it's not something I'd ever stay in again. We kept hearing loud mechanical noises from upstairs and outside the room at all times of the night. Nothing was plugged in when we got there which sucked because we had drinks we wanted to keep cold. There was a large 2 foot by 3 foot section of carpet that was very wet. The toilet seat wasn't connected and had a burn hole in it, as did the blankets. The room smelled like smoke. The shower had little to no pressure. The water would drizzle out of the shower head, we had to stand directly under it. After experiencing all of this, we decided that asking for a different room probably wouldn't help us and decided not to try the breakfast. I loved indy and will go back, I just will not be staying at this hotel again.

There wasn't much to like about the stay. The location was decent.

The room was missing the smoke detector. The hallways windows were open and missing the screens, so many bugs got in the hallways at night.

The staff were friendly. The price was low. They have many security cameras so feels safe.

Got here at 4pm to check in and the 1st room they put us in was not cleaned at all. It still had trash bags in the middle of the floor and the beds were not made. The 2nd room they assigned us to they gave us the wrong room number and key. They advertise breakfast and they DONT offer breakfast at all. The room we ended up had broken things in it. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The room smelled musty. They offer WiFi but said that it was terrible and probably wouldn't work well. Also saw a cockroach on the ice machine.

Honestly the only thing I liked was the fact that they had a room they could give us.

The place was dirty. The remote was missing in the first room we went to.. They gave us another room, and the only way the remote worked was standing by the TV.. The hallway was filthy and probably hasn't been cleaned in a very long time.. The room still had trash in it. They needed a $100 deposit..
