I saw 2 cockroaches. It had a smell. There were damages to room. No smoke detector.

I'd prefer not to see multiple cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom and perhaps a blanket without large holes in it would have been nice

Roaches in room. Dead spider. Toilet flusher didn’t work. Yellow and stained towels. No do not disturb sign, staff knocked on door as I was entering shower. $100 deposit required.

Friendly staff. Bathroom was more “modern” than the rest of the room.

There was no coffee in the room. I reported it to the lady at the front desk, she said it was the night shift problem. Meaning, it wasn't her job to do anything.

There were some holes in the wall, tears in the bedding, and overall it was in fairly rough shape. Most disappointing was seeing all the frankly gross discoloration in the towels when you held them up to light.

I went to take a shower after we checked in there wasn't any hot water to even take a shower. The morning went to get coffee they didn't have sugar just sweeten low. There wasn't any breakfast severed. One of the lights by the beds didnt work.

The carpet in the room should be replaced, there was several small holes in the walls, the fan in the bathroom was very loud and there was something on the bathroom floor. There was only 2 small pillows on a king size bed

The receptionist was very friendly & helpful. It was great location. The lobby & hall way had been redone & looked nice. Bed was comfortable.

Plugs don’t work are they loose are don’t charger phone there hole wall and toilet don’t flush hardly and no elevator and washer don’t work and little expensive to stay if they give better rate on your hotel stay and taxes that on this hotel and the deposit it self 125 deposit at less 50 deposit better then pay 125 they business don’t maintenance help them much

I like this place very nice people hotel need a little work elevator and working washer and dryer and need little electrical issue but nice place love this people kind of nice clean other hotel

The fire alarm needed new batteries. The chair at the desk was torn. The remote to the tv was broke. It has a bathtub but you can’t plug the bathtub because there is no stopper. The sink stopper didn’t work so we couldn’t wash our hands.

Sorry, I got the likes and dislikes mixed up, but after getting the other room, everything was fine !!#

I didn't like having to pay such a high deposit of $125.00 and I wasn't told that in advance until I called the hotel before my arrival; also, the first room--everything was unplugged and the carpet was very wet !!!, the first room also smelled like mildew--horrible !!!, but I told the front desk about the situation and they gave me another room and it was fine !!!,

The entire hotel reeked of cigarettes and weed. Dimly lit, even in hallways and lobby area. TV didn't work, hot water didn't work, toilet was not connected to the floor. Hotel room phone was ringing all night 2 am, 3 am, 5 am and no one was on the line, so I used my personal phone to call front desk to ask why they kept calling and they acted like it wasn't them...no more calls though after that. Not even a restful night sleep can be found here.

The price was fair, but we soon realized when we got to the lobby that "you get what you pay for".

Absolutely disgusting. Charged a $50 holding fee so gross. Bugs and roaches everywhere. Marijuana left in room from former patron.

They changed me $125 that wasn't told to Mr and not required no where at booking. Com They only returned $120 dollars to my card. The tub was dirty, it had roaches, and you could hear people having sex. My son , I was racing Bmx for our companies that weekend had to take him out to the store so a while until they stop.
