I was supposed to have a spa tub in my room, no spa tub. It was very disappointing as this was the whole reason for getting this room. When I got into the room, it had a very musky smell and that smell never went away.

Does have a hot tub and pool indoors, available from 10a-10p.

breakfast was only served until 9 which is hard for people adjusting to time change. Not many options for the breakfast. Hot tub in poor condition. Pool water and hot tub water looked cloudy.

Staff were friendly. Housekeeping missed our room one day but were accommodating the rest of the stay to our schedule. Standard room but clean and had fridge and microwave.

I was told breakfast was until 10 on Sunday but it closed at 9 so I missed it.

they had bag breakfast that looked like it was sitting there for days as bananas had gone bad and then next two days no breakfast at all and sinse we were there three days we should not have had to keep asking for towels and shampoo they gave one small shampoo for two people for three days I finally got staff to give me more reluctantly

The ONLY thing I did not like personally was that the bed was WAY TOO SOFT. My back hurt after each night of rest.

Great location with easy on/off access. THe parking was very good and the security was awesome. THe staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean.

I had stayed here several years ago, and the breakfast was very good at the time, better than most hotel complementary breakfasts at that time. This time, I was told that a rather Spartan breakfast in a bag was all that was available, I assume because of Covid, which I understand. Hope when the virus goes away, the old breakfast can come back.

Location is good room was fine. Pool was closed and the worst was no ice. Breakfast was slim pickings, and not clean. We stay here every year and don’t need a lot. We washed clothes and the dryer was broke no sign

Shower bar falling off of wall. Bedspread had some kind of black sticky substance on it. Air conditioner did not work as it should. We heard a kid and adults talking through the night. Thin walls!!

The front office staff is quiet and you can’t hear through the glass. From 1130pm until 5am the kids across the hall in224 and 222 were crying and yelling. No one was at the front desk or answered between those hours. When I peaked out to see what was going on I was flipped off by one of the individuals and they continued on. Trying to get out of my room the cleaning ladies had the cart right in front of my door. They proceeded to say sorry… but leave the cart there for me to struggle around with my service dog. While walking out someone didn’t have their dog in a lease and was letting the dog between rooms. The dog was bigger than mine and scared my dog and started nipping and biting. You have three cleaning ladies in the hall! None of them offered to help or told the other guest to get her dog in the room I will be requesting a refund for this atrocious stay. Do better and hold your guests to some standards.

It is close to my family and is dog friendly.

Our experience with the owner was exceptional! He was very attentive to everyone that came to the front desk. My spouse and I also noted that the overall condition of the property was greatly improved since the last time we had stayed there. We found out a bit more about the owner from one of his employees that he and his family were great supporters of the community and he occasionally helped out persons who needed a good place to stay. He was kind without being overly helpful.

The pool water was murky and no towels were present at the pool area. Our mini fridge still had the previous persons things in it. A fitness center was listed but we searched everywhere and did not find one at all. The beds are listed as queen sized beds but they were not! The beds given to us were doubles.. not comfortable at all..

Not enough washcloths (2) asked for 3 washcloths to be left by cleaning lady, in which she did.

Breakfast was lousy, first morning no coffee, eggs bread, they were mostly out of everything at 8AM, on the last morning we eat breakfast out of hotel. Stayed 2 nights
