There were people hanging around the hallway that obviously were staying there they also have a lot of homeless people in the lobby with all their all the bags and everything else people you know talking out loud in that Lobby standing around...felt like it was a hang out for homeless...there was also a young boy always on the first floor talk to everyone including us felt uncomfortable

The power outlets did not all work in my room, and I would have liked to have seen them retrofitted for USB connections.

I didn't expect to stay in DFW overnight; flight was delayed and made me miss my connection. Super 8 was one of a very few places close to the airport with rooms. Clean, comfortable, nothing special. Glad breakfast was available.

- Staff was slow to check in - When requested for a callback for the airport shuttle, they stated that they needed a US number as they don't have the capability of contacting international numbers (even from Canada with the same country number)

- Free airport shuttle (note that they only provide this service from 6am to 10pm only) and you must call to request for pick up - Very close to DFW airport - Free breakfast - Bed was super comfortable - Fridge - Close by nearby fast food, diner and gas stations

This is a hotel on the lower end of comfort and cleanliness, but it was within my expectations. Unfortunately, the brand has continued to propagate it's image of a lower end hotel.

Tobacco smell in the corridor. Pillows and mattress were basic.

Location is close to the airport. It was good for staying overnight to catch a plane to Belize next morning. All facilities are very basic with basic breakfast. The price is fair. This was exactly what we were looking for.

Although they say it's non-smoking, my floor definitely smelled like cigarette and recreational smoke. And the rooms were clean, however, it seems they miss in the bathroom on the ceiling as that was cracking and molding from water damage. Also, their free breakfast is a joke, consisting of juice, coffee, regular bread, and cheapo muffins and a tiny pancake machine.

Bed was fairly comfy and overall it was fairly clean. Location is good and close to the airport. They also offer complimentary shuttle which is nice.

Smelled like weed on the no smoking floor, house keeper skipped our room so we went to ask for towels and instead of them bringing us towels, they said we had to bring them downstairs before getting clean ones.

The desk employee had a tendency to yell on the phone. The hotel was fine for a super budget property. It was clean and in decent shape. The breakfast was pretty skimpy. Basic, but met basic needs. Room, lobby, and breakfast area were all kept clean. No big complaints.
