Room smelt and paint was peeling in the bathroom along with holes that weren’t parched. The breakfast was cold cereal or pancakes no drinks were offered

Shower was lack luster as best, very poor water pressure, partially clogged shower head, and lukewarm water. Bed water above average. TV controls were inop and spares were available. Pillows were hard a s rock making getting quality sleep before 18hr drive non existent

Cleanness of the room. Made beds every day and replaced towels, Was not vacuumed while my 7 day stay. Behind bathroom door was about a month or two of hair.

The only problem was the bed was uncomfortable. It looks as if it someone had been on it a whole lot. It had a huge dip and I could not sleep a wink.

The staff was awesome. We were early and it was hot so they let us check in early and so nice. Whoever the guy at the desk was he was awesome.

First thing when we walked into your facility we could smell marijuana and thru out our entire stay even in our room we could smell it. Our room was furnished with all mixed match furniture and nothing that could be cleaned or sanitized. The carpet in our room had not been vacuumed. There was a pair of glasses by the bed, a hair tie and Kleenex also. Our wash clothes had stains on them. We were on the second floor and did not feel safe there. We could not get the TV to work in the bedroom! In the morning we couldn’t have coffee as “the pot was broken” I would like someone to contact me Monday morning as I was double charged for this stay!! I do feel someone should compensate us for our experience there!!! I would never recommend this facility to anyone, it was way over priced! I do believe management needs to investigate things through out the place.

Bed was hard, the room had an odor, the hallway was cold and also had an odor the bottom sheet on the bed looked like they hadn’t been changed.

The overall appearance of our room was not relaxing. Very outdated. Kind of creepy. Bathroom sink in one of my rooms wasn’t even connected to pipes underneath. Breakfast was horrible. Will never stay here again.

Room really dark even with lights and TV on

Each day had to return to office as keycard would not work. Don't know what he did to fix 2nd day, check out day was due to key was not changed from CDT. Informed front desk that light switch was left on,, not because room light was on But because if switch was turned off it killed the TV and took 10 minutes to get it to reboot. The room was quite dark even with all lampson. Think bulbs must have been 40 watt although I think my 40 watt refrigerator bulb is brighter.

The bathtub needs some non slip grips and also maybe a support bar. I almost slipped in the shower.

Key card didn’t work, trash when we first walked in, tv dresser pulled out, not able to put back. Screen window had rip in it. Bathroom was dirty, toilet seat didn’t fit toilet and toilet bowl looked like it had never been cleaned. Not enough towels for two people. Shower/bath tub was like toilet dirty. The next day bathroom still not cleaned, my bed had been made but the other bed no. Bedspread left on floor. No coffee or cream/sugar. Went to get myself.

The fist room we were put in had a hole in the middle of the bed where it was completely broken. We moved rooms and the 2nd room bathroom floor was so sticky your feet stuck to it. And there was blood and bodily fluids on the bed cover! It was absolutely disgusting. The staff was very apologetic and gave us a clean cover. But the whole room was very dirty. We will not stay there again while visiting family.
